Quiant

It's a quiet affair, their wedding.

She's slimmed down a bit, grown her hair out, and had a bit of work done thanks to her twentieth birthday present. He's still a slimy git, content with his doings in life, but he's trying: not for her, but for her family and for them.

She walks down the aisle, her simple dress that skims over her still overtly large stomach and 'thunder-thighs' just trailing the ground. On her face is a sour expression, because she stepped on something – some kind of chewing gum – on her way off the hippogriff.

He watches her, eyes trained on her face, her eyes, her lovely lips, and he falls a little more in love.

There are only two guests – because they want to prove that this is for them and not for 'them' – and Millicent and Marcus are okay with that.

Their vows are said, she even smiles a bit and it doesn't crack her face in two, and they kiss and fireworks explode around them as they do.

It's a quiet affair, their wedding, only the two of them and a hundred galleons spent, but it's just what they needed, because now they're bound, in law and heart and head, for life and forever.
