When you give Mikey a Cookie

Turtle Tot Fiction! Based on the beloved old book-Raph is "babysitting" Mikey today.....and makes a very grave error indeed.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If you give a very hyperactive Mikey a cookie to get him out of your hair for a bit-you may find that you've made things worse.

He'll jump around the entire lair, hopping one foot to the other and singing about turnips while he jumps on the furniture.

Master Splinter went out for the day, so it's just you guys.

To dilute the poison inside him, Donny gives him a glass of milk. Mikey happily chugs it down.

He doesn't ask for a napkin like he normally would if Splinter were here-he simply rubs at his face with his arm.

It works....to some extent. To check if he has a milk mustache or not, he runs off to the mirror.

And begins to make silly faces.

The three of you join him, in spite of yourselves.

After looking at himself in the faded glass more closely, Mikey decides to color his mask yellow.

You're not very supportative of this....seeing as Splinter wouldn't be too happy, but where would the fun be in that?

When everyone FINALLY has the markers, Mikey remembers that orange IS his favorite color...and that you've all made quite a mess.

You decide to clean up....and Mikey begins to have too much fun with the broom, challenging Donny to a duel with the mop.

You and Leo watch with great interest as they scatter dust and suds over the entire hallway.

Then, everyone panics, and rightly so-because Splinter isn't likely to be too happy once he gets back.

Not to mention....you're running out of time.

You do the sweeping. Mikey WAS going to do dusting, but he kept sneezing, so Leo switched him on putting everything away, while Donny frantically begins to mop.

Once you're done, you're all exhausted-but happy. You still have an hour or so before Sensei gets back.

Contrary to your normal behavior, you all decide to take a nap.

You all beat it to your beds, yawning slightly and blinking blearily after fluffing the pillows sometimes.

Thing is, Splinter usually reads them a story before they go to bed, so Leo fetches one, and Don wobbily reads it while he shows everyone the pictures.

You can't help but feel a little excited at the cool pictures of the rockets blasting straight underneath the sea, so you gladly fetch some paper and markers to draw with.

Don draws a dinosaur in a bathtub, while Mikey draws what looked like a rainbow throwing up, Leo draws what looks like a martian, and you draw-well, it started out to be your

bedroom, but then it turned into a desert, and then it turned into Godzilla attacking New York.

You guys have worked hard, and now, you're more then a little thirsty.

When you finish....

....you realize you wouldn't mind having a cookie with it.
