A/N: A drabble, written by my POTC muse. Exactly 150 words.
Rating: K
Summary: Jack's 'enlightenment' is found of little use to young Mr. Turner.
Disclaimer: All mine, yes, yes… All mine… No! No! I didn't mean it!
"Boy, it's your job to get her attention."
The younger man scowled.
"Just to something unpredictable… To turn 'er head."
Will glared at Jack, who was obviously enjoying himself.
Will's frustration mounted as Jack began to chuckle at his own pun.
"Well, you seem to be full of helpful advice." Will growled.
"You did risk the hazard of asking me." Jack gave him an innocently serious look.
A mischievous sparkle suddenly lit the pirate's eyes.
"Shall I ask her for you then?"
"No!" Will suddenly appeared fidgety, and not at all angry.
Inwardly, Jack chuckled. "Then, unless you wish to search my words for further merit, you're on your own, mate." Jack refrained from smirking.
"Good luck." With a final pat on the back, Jack left Will to contemplate.
Will idly fingered the ring, not at all enlightened by Jacks so called advice, feeling somewhat discouraged.
"Bloody pirate." He muttered.
A/N: What has he got in his pocketses, preciousss? Yes, I had a lot of fun with this one. Hope you all got a few laughs out of it as well. If a few people want me to continue it, I might consider doing so. But, unless otherwise inspired, I have little intention of continuing it.
I really would appreciate reviews. Thanks, and once again, PLEASE REVIEW!
