Moon-Watching
Xemnas stood, arms extended, gazing at his new Kingdom Hearts(still in progress). Dsrinking in it's beauty. Appreciating every curve, the silvery glow it emitted, it's entire being. But he was disturbed by a one Saix. He, too, had come to admire the heart-shaped rock in the sky.
"Saix."
"Yes, Superior?"
"Why are you and I the only ones who appreciate this creation of mine? Why aren't the others here, gazing at it's beauty and splendor?"
"Err….I think they have other things to do, Superior."
"Nonsense. Nothing could be better than staring at my perfected moon. Summon them at once."
"But, Sup-"
"At once, I say!"
Saix sighed and portaled out. Ten minutes later, he appeared again, and this time with the rest of the Organization in tow.
"I have summoned you all for a very important task. Now, we will all stare at the moon."
An outbreak of angry mutterings rippled through the crowd.
" What?!?"
"Are you kidding??"
"Axel does not need this shit. Not tonight."
"We can't do that, we need to sleep! And it's way too dark out here…"
"Screw this!"
"I was in the middle of a shower!!"
"ENOUGH! Now all of you will do as I say, or you will be turned into Dusks. Now, gaze! Gaze and appreciate the beauty of my moon."
The group stared at the moon as instructed by their leader, some with rapt attention (Saix and Xemnas)
And others rather reluctantly (Everybody else). After about five minutes, a voice broke the silence.
"Can I go? I have a book to finish, and Marluxia smells so much like potpourri, I think I might throw up." Zexion said emotionlessly. The man in question glared back, saying huffily "I regret nothing!!"
"Fine. You have a valid reason. You may go."
Zexion portaled away, and the others hastily came up with semi-valid excuses.
"Uhh, my water bed sprung a leak, and I need to go fix it!" Demyx said meekly before portaling out.
"My room is on fire." Axel deadpanned, before exiting
"I'm in the middle of an experiment" Vexen exclaimed, leaving as soon as the sentence was out of his mouth.
"My night-blooming flowers beckon!!" Marluxia declared dramatically, leaving as well.
"My keyblades are dull, I need to go sharpen them!" Roxas said hastily, not caring that the weapons were never sharp in the first places. And that you can't exactly sharpen a giant key.
"I left the stove on." Xaldin said, completely serious.
"I need to go kill someone!" shouted Larxene, knowing no one would argue.
"I have a game of solitaire to finish." Luxord said before leaving
"My guns have to be reloaded, sorry!" Xigbar yelled as he was half in the portal, half out.
"LEXEAUS FINISH PUZZLE!" the tall man rumbled before portaling away with the others.
Once again, it was Xemnas and Saix standing there, staring at the moon.
"Saix?"
"Yes, Superior?"
"I hate my Organization."
"Me too, sir, me too."
