Tohru sat at the low table in the dining room cutting strips of cloth and ribbon. Her other craft supplies were strewn out on the table. "Its a good thing no one is here right now; wouldn't want them to see there presents before there done" she heard the timer in the kitchen go off so she got up and made her way there to check on the dinner she had cooking. She turned down the heat and gave it a good stir. She walked back to the dinning room not paying much attention as she walked. She bumped into a figure with orange hair that was now covered in smoke. The orange cat jumped back and knocked over the bottle of glue which dropped a large glob on his back.
"Damn it Tohru!" the cat yelled out of frustration.
"I'm sorry let me get something to clean that off before you turn back" she ran in the other direction in a hurry bumping into another figure with gray hair. The small rat had gone flying and landed square on the glob of glue on Kyo's back. Tohru looked in horror; Yuki the rat was GLUED to Kyo the cat's back.
"GET THE HELL OF OF ME YOU DAMN RAT!" Kyo yelled at the top of his lungs.
"I would if I could but we're glued together; stupid cat!" replied Yuki with a hint of gravel in he soft voice. "Ms. Honda, is there a way that we can be separated?" he asked with a calmer voice. She nodded.
"i think I might have the solvent some where in my room don't move" she ran up the stairs trying not to fall. She threw open her door and looked frantically for a small jar. Not seeing it in the open she started crawling around looking on the floor. She found the jar under her desk. "found it!" she called she went to get up but bonked her head on the underside of the desk. It hurt her enough to bring a tear to her eyes. She walked down the stairs rubbing the back of her head. Kyo and Yuki looked as she walked back into the dinning room.
"I heard a loud bang up there are you alright Ms. Honda" he asked craning his neck to see her from his low perch on Kyo's back.
"I'm fine; just bonked my head getting the solvent from under my desk" she replied. She uncapped it and got one of the cotton balls from the table. She tipped some of the contents onto the cotton ball and sat next to the two stuck together. She started rubbing at the tacky glue. Once the glue let go of there fur there was a poof of smoke. Tohru shut her eyes quickly as she heard the shuffling of bare feet and the sound of cloths being put on. Tohru peeked and saw that the two of them were putting there shirts on.
"I should have told you that we would have changed back once we separated; I'm sorry Ms. Honda" Yuki told her sincerely. She smiled.
"I should have realized that myself" she replied. Kyo looked at the things on the table. She noticed and ran gathering her things. "You can't see these until I'm done" she cried rushing back to her bedroom. Later after dinner Tohru came down from her room holding what seemed to appear to be small stuffed versions of there animal counter part. "i made one for every one" she gave them there present. The boys showed the appreciation with thanks and complements of a wonderful dinner.
