Mail Call

A.N: Like I said in the summary, a little one-shot I came up with after seeing a Tres/ Abel yaoi picture. Enjoy.

" Mail's here!"

Havel's call caught everyone's attention and they flocked to him with anticipation.

" Lady Caterina... Abel…William… Esther…and Leon," He called out while delivering the papers to their snatching hands.

Leon grabbed his hastily and sat down with it. He gazed down at the white parchment with a victorious grin on his face. He then ripped it open, unfolded the paper almost carelessly, and stared at it for a long moment.

The letters were too small for him to see but he had an idea...

" Abel, can you come here a moment?"

Instantly, the bespectacled priest glanced up from his mail and walked over to him curiously.

" Ye-yes? Is there something you need help with?" He questioned with a polite tone that always made Leon grit his teeth.

Abel peered over his shoulders cautiously, his sliver hair barely touch the dark fabric of Leon's robe.

" He- Hey!" was all he could shriek as he was ridded of his glasses without warning.

Leon paid him no mind; he just squinted, through the frail lens, at the letter. But ignoring Abel was becoming increasing difficult as the other priest began to complain more and more.

" Calm down. You can see just fine without them," Leon pointed out.

A thud was his only answer...

He glanced sidelong at Abel.

" Nice try..." He muttered. He turned his attention back to his letter," You did that on purpose,"

" Damn it!"

Abel picked himself up from the floor after pretending to trip over the table; a bruise was visible on his forehead after his little act. He didn't seem very amused, instead he plopped down on the sofa and pouted childishly.

A couple feet away, Esther slapped her forehead.

" Men..." She groaned," They act like such children some times,"

Abel stiffened at that; he knew she was talking about him. He stood up quickly and very straight. He then marched over to Leon.

" This outta be good..." Esther remarked to Caterina.

" Leon, could you come over here for a second?" The nun heard Abel ask. She couldn't help but notice his strange and suspicious tone.

Unfazed, Leon got up and followed the other priest out of the room.

" Uh oh, I know that tone," Caterina muttered. She glanced back at Esther," I think he overdid it this time...expect screams"

There was an eerie silence. The two women listened closely but heard nothing, yet...

Caterina must be a psychic...

" Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Came Leon's deep, panicked shriek as he dashed past the door.

The two stared in surprise as Abel strolled into the room, adjusting his glasses on his nose and looking quite victorious.

" Thank you kindly," he remarked as he sat back down to read his mail, smirking victoriously Caterina chuckled to herself as Esther continued to stare in surprise.

" Uhhh..." was all Esther could muster at the moment," What'd he do?"

Her eminence chuckled again.

" Never get on the bad side of a crusnik,"
