Crumble
This life should bring you down
For believing in Christ
The arrogance, the pride
It all should crumble
Like a cookie
Submit to him, beloved
We're not all that.
The Parthenon crumbled
For being too old.
But crumble while you're young
Before you get to far in life
Before material things take over
And you lose sight
Of greater things
When God comes,
Will you be broken
Or will his force
Break you down
Harder than ever
So you crumble
To the smallest piece
And lose your mortal,
Pathetic glory?
