The first and eldest was a combative man, a wizard who had conquered death. As a young boy, he was alone – alone in the sense of none with him, yes, but alone also in the way where he was too afraid to let anyone learn of him – and no one understood him. He was the only wizard for miles. He set things on fire, he could hurt people if they were mean to him, and he could talk to snakes. When older, he turned power craved. He wanted to finish the work of Salazar Slytherin, and so began his life's work. This man, although fearless outside, had nothing but fear inside. He feared death, and so created seven horcruxes. This man's name was Tom Marvolo Riddle.
The second, an arrogant man, had fallen in love at an early age, and has never gotten over that girl. She was taken away by a man that he had hated so deeply, even before he had stolen the girl. He joined Tom then, even in spite of the trouble it would give his life. It was a spur of the moment decision, and he really had no other choice. He asked his new Lord, now known as Voldemort, to spare the women he loved. The cruel man merely laughed at this request, and that is when the second man lost faith. He then took refuge at Hogwarts under the wing of Albus Dumbledore. Albus Dumbledore then made this man a spy for him—another old man's mistakes. And so the second man had done as he was told, and the never fading love for the women stood strong. He was Dumbledore's man through and through as many had been before. The second man killed Albus Dumbledore. But the second man still would never have faith in the Dark Lord. And for that, the Dark Lord killed him. This man's name was Severus Tobias Snape.
The third death searched for many for him, and he was never able to find him. He was born to wonderful parents—wonderful wizards. The one that Severus loved was his mother. The man that Severus hated was the father. One year later, they were killed under the hands of Voldemort. But the third lived, killing the first. But was he really dead? The third was taken into a home of his muggle aunt and uncle to be tortured for nearly eleven years. The day he turned eleven, his life turned around. The third had discovered he was a wizard. He discovered how he had gotten the famous scar. And he found out why he was famous. The third was destined to great things—that was decided for him already. But whether the great things were good or evil, no one would know until they happened. And he did do great things—good great things. And so it was decided: the third would be the destroyer of the first once more. His life was chosen for him: He was to destroy Voldemort. And so he did. This man's name was Harry James Potter.
Each man's story is connected.
Here they are.
