colourless snowflakes


She never understood the clichés of Christmas. She didn't get what the big fuss about; never there parents, trashy pop infused carols and colourful decorations justified her decision.

[she was more of a blackandwhite kind of girl]

The festive 'jingle bells' and 'wanting you for Christmas' never got to her. The fatty ham made her feel even sicker. sicker.

The acidic yellows and mutilated greens ruined the snowflake whites. The ending is nowhere near, but right around the corner; just slightly out of her paling grasp. It fleets away, in multicoloured gushes, like some twisted rainbow. Burning.
