Author's Note: I do not own House, M.D. or anything associated with it. Wish I did, but I don't.

"Paging Doctor Wilson. Assistance required in Clinic, stat." The announcement chimed throughout the hospital over the loudspeaker. Wilson made his way to the nurse's station where one pointed towards a closed clinic door. He walked in, only to groan at the sight before him. House sat on the examining table with a magazine in hand, grinning like the Cheshire Cat.
"Jimmy! What took you so long? Were you flirting with the nurses again?" He raised an eyebrow at the younger doctor.
Wilson sighed and rubbed the bridge of his nose. "What do you want, House?"
A coy smile played upon the diagnostician's face. "I wanted to know if you were making those amazing macademia nut pancakes."
The oncologist could only raise his eyebrows at him in an unimpressed, perturbed manner. "That couldn't be it. What else do you want?" Wilson looked at his watch, hoping that House would make it quick as he had a patient waiting in his office.
House hopped down from the table and grimaced slightly, the move jarring his bad leg. He walked over to the other doctor, pushing him up against the nearest wall. "Alright, you got me," he said in an unconvincing way. House's blue eyes pierced Wilson's hazel eyes as the former leaned in closer until they were an inch apart.
Wilson's heart was racing, his face began to flush. House's lips curled into another devious smirk as a devilish yet soft laugh escaped from his throat. Within a second, lips crashed into each other, a scruffy beard scratched against smooth skin, and the younger man bucked his hips into House's good leg as their kiss deepened.
House broke the kiss abruptly, earning a whimper from Wilson. Both were breathless, wanting more.
"You're right, Boy Wonder. I wanted to get you hot and bothered. Butter you up, if you will." House smiled smugly as he hobbled out of the clinic room doors.
Wilson leaned in the doorway, still bewildered by what had just happened. "So. Pancakes it is..."
