"Why?!"
Tears rolled down her face, her eyes burned and her chest heaved.
"I hate you!" Her arms tensed and he was pushed away from her.
"Why? Why must blood be spilled?!" Her legs began to shake and weaken.
She fell.
He grabbed a hold of her shoulders and bent to her level.
"I'm sorry, but it's my religion. There are rules and they must be followed, otherwise severe consequences will be applied."
His voice was hushed, then he applied seriousness before he, himself began to cry.
"just know that i love you, Tori."
He hugged her one last time.
Then this man with the whitest of hair and the most enchanting purple eyes, picked up his odd three-bladed scythe and headed towards the cry's of the remaining villagers.
Tori hugged her knees and cried harder.
"I love you too, Hidan." she sat up straight and stared, at the carnage before her.
"And that's why I can't be with you."
With this declaration Tori stood up, she wobbled from side to side, as she slowly walked away.
"I'll take our child with me."
Her dirty, bloodied hand held her stomach protectively.
Tori walked away from the man of her dreams, never to see him again, and their beautiful, unborn child will never have the unfortunate pleasure of meeting him.
But something inside of her clenched her heart, and made her yearn to turn around and except this murderer, but she knew
running from him was better, for the both of them
