I do not own Shaman King.
Trains were the one thing Anna completely loved; how fast they were, the food (even if it sucked, she liked it, the only crappy food her system could take without complains), even the smell -except when she was sitting next to strangers, she hates sitting next to strangers-. Just sitting there looking out the window would take her grumpy mood away. They had that in common, Yoh and her.
That was until she had a family, now that's the one thing she completely loves -and her inn, she loves her inn deeply-.
She wasn't sitting next to strangers anymore.
"Let's visit Aomori for new year" Yoh said, "it'd be nice to go and pray, couldn't get that part done last time, huh?"
"Mama, papa! Look! Snow! A lot of snow!" Hana exclaimed while taping on the window, his smile bigger than ever, Anna turned to Yoh only to see him wearing a smile as wide as Hana's, she'd swear Yoh probably thought the same thing the first time he went to Aomori.
"We have snow back in Tokyo, Hana"
"But, it's real snow! And the drifts are so thick, Anna" this time it was Yoh who spoke, a huge smile on his face, one hand of the window and the other on Hana's back. "Let's go get you ready, Hana" Yoh could tell she was fighting a smile off her lips, she stood up, kissed his forehead only making his smile grow bigger and left while holding Hana's hand.
He watched them leave to the bathroom, his wife fighting Hana patiently, telling him it'll be cold outside and he'd need to cover up and brush his teeth "Grandma won't let you get near her if you have bad breath" "who cares!" he heard Hana reply, smiling to himself he found himself nervous all over again, just like the first time he took that train to Aomori.
He sure liked trains back then, almost 15 years ago, memories coming back to him, meeting her, falling in love with her, finding friends, fighting her, the Shaman Fight, missing her, dying, kissing her, dying again, having a family with her. Now he was living the easy life he had always wanted. He never thought he'd find himself so happy back then, sitting in that train, scared to the bones and about to meet his future wife.
"Are you lonely?" Matamune's question popped into his head, so clearly he could swear the little cat was sitting next to him. "I suppose you don't have any friends"
"I do now," he saw Anna and Hana coming back, he shaked the nervous sensation off "I'm not lonely anymore".
"What?" it was loud enough for Anna to hear, she was back with Hana now, staring at him probably thinking her husband finally went mental, "Nothing" he replied with a soft smile, taking their bags and placing his hand on his son's head, messing his hair a bit.
He'd make Hana try some takoyaki and maybe this time Anna will have more than one.
Second fanfic in English I've eeeevvvvverrrr written, sorry if I made any major grammatical mistake, I'm trying to improve my writing in English –sadface- so it'd be AWESOME if you guys could give me some feedback and your opinion on this story. ALSO, anyone got the Remix Track 9 reference? I hope sooo.
It was originally going to be for the contest that SK-fan7 is holding (Let' make writing more fun!) but it's too short so now it's just a random drabble.
Thank you for reading!
