Anyways, To the story!

"Do you think I'm cliché?" Nate Gray asked his girlfriend of the past six months, his eyes gleaming with curiosity.

"Cliché or cheesy?" Alex Russo inquired, eyeing him suspiciously.

"Either works, I guess. Just, I'm neither, right?" He replied, with a shrug.

"Well, let's see. First, why do you want to know?"

"Because."

"Because is not an answer."

"Yes, it is."

"Who said?"

"I did."

"And who are you?"

"Nate Gray."

"No Duh."

"I don't like you."

"Is that's why you're dating me?"

"Yes. Pretty much."

"Jerk."

"Doll-face." She threw back, bursting into a laughing fit when she saw his pink cheeks.

Regaining his calm composure, he replied. "I am a boy, Russo. There's a gender difference."

"You are?"

"Yes."

"Sure."

Face turned towards hers, closer this time, he replied. "Whatever." And then he rested back against the couch. "Just tell me if I'm cheesy or not."

"Fine. Let's see," She paused. "You bring me flowers, you sing to me if I can't sleep, you call me every day to make sure that I'm fine, and you
write me overly-romantic songs every once in a while."

"They're goodsongs." With a eye-roll as a reply from her, he continued. "And all that does not make me cliché, right?" he asked, still hopeful that the result of the online 'Are you cliché test?' that he pretended to be a girl for ( It wasn't his fault they wouldn't accept boys!) was a lie. Of course he didn't get a 'Yes, you are a hopelessly cliché person.'

Of course not.

"No." She replied without missing a beat.

"I knew it!" He exclaimed, punching his fist in the air. He muttered a quick 'stupid, innacurate internet tests', but she missed that.

"Nate. In the six months that we've been dating," she started with a smile, "haven't you gotten used to me being sarcastic?" She asked, her voice
slowly filling up with humor.

"No. I haven't. I'm too busy looking at your eyes." He replied with a smirk. Obviously, he was teasing her.

And it was working.

"I'll just … forget you said that."

"Try."

"I did. And I'm almost through." She stuck her tongue out at him as she stated.

"You suck."

"You're contagious."

"Am not."

"Are too."

"Am not."

"Immature child."

"Speak for yourself."

"…"

"For the last time ; Am I cliché or not?"

"No. You're stupid." She replied, and after a pause, pretending to have not noticed his bewildered reaction, she added. "And overly cliché."

And that was the end of it :) I hope you liked it! (enough to review? :P)
