Prologue

The solar rays shone through the towering structures that made up the city-scape of Coruscant, illuminating areas that were not hidden behind the large skyscapers. A slow exhale turned to a sigh as a young Jedi stood, leaning against an airspeeder. She was waiting for someone who was running rather late. A gentle breeze was blowing through the air as she unfolded her arms, setting her hands on the speeder. Soon he finally arrived, a fellow Jedi who had just returned to Coruscant as well. "About time you show up." She stated, standing upright as she walked around the airspeeder and hopped in, plopping down into the driver's seat. "I'm sorry.. I fell asleep on the trip back.." He sighed, getting into the passenger seat.
The speeder started up soon lifting off before heading into the vast city-scape, heading to a sky lane that went towards the magnificent Jedi Temple. Only recently had the Jedi Order returned to Coruscant though they still had members on Dantooine in the Jedi Enclave as well as Taris in the Jedi Tower. The pair of young Jedi soon arrived and disembarked the speeder, walking up the steps that lead into the massive doorways of the Temple. The interior was a sight to behold. A humongous main hall held doorways to the many different rooms including the Archives or even a turbolift which lead to the Jedi Council's chambers. Other Jedi wandered through the Temple on their way to either a class or to other destinations. "Amazing isn't it?" she asked, touching his shoulder with her hand. The pair had been friends since childhood, both growing up on the Republic planet of Alderaan. "Yeah.. it really is." This was the first time they had been inside the Coruscant Jedi Temple. They both had trained at the Dantooine Jedi Enclave and were recently sent to Coruscant.
As the two young Jedi walked through the halls of the Temple, she caught a glimpse of a Jedi Knight whom she recognized. Alek. She had met him before during her training as a Padawan though she wasn't expecting to see him on Coruscant when she arrived. "We should make our way to the Archives. We're supposed to meet our masters there, aren't we?" He asked, nudging her as she seemed to snap out of a trance. "Y-Yeah. Come on." Upon entering the Archives they approached their respective masters before bowing in respect. "Ah, Reine Ikkeshi. I have heard much about you from your master. You are proving to be a great Jedi." Jedi Master Dorn Wezz commented, a gentle smile upon his face.
