HELLOOOOOOO, FANFICTION! Yeah…I've been terrible about writing. Forgive me, dear readers!
Anywho, this is a Once Upon a Time Frozen Swan femslash one-shot, based on a tumblr post I made. Frozen Swan is my primary broTP on OUaT, and this is my first fic from that series. I'm sorry if this is bad, but writing fics from tv shows are more difficult than with books. This, combined with my subpar writing skills, might make for a horrible fic.
Disclaimer: If I owned this show, Rumpel would be good, Regina would be happy, and Elsa would be staying.
"Anna," Emma said, hesitantly. "What was Elsa like, in Arendelle?" Anna tilted her head, confused. They were currently looking for information on portals, in the library.
"What do you mean?" the red-haired princess asked.
"I mean...was she happier, there?" Emma replied. Anna thought, for a bit. She'd been aware of the sheriff's feelings for her sister, for a while.
"Well," she finally answered. "She doesn't sing, as much..."
"Elsa can what!?" Emma demanded, her face a mixture of shock and amusement.
"She can sing," Anna said. "You didn't know?" Emma shook her head, and Anna winced. "Oops…can you not tell her I told you? She's really shy, about. Like stage fright, except she's never been on stage. I just thought she would've told you, since you too are so close."
"I won't tell her you said anything," Emma vowed.
Later, Emma had a chance to talk with Elsa while Henry was off with Regina, and Snow and David were out with Neal.
"So I heard you can sing," Emma said, startling Elsa. She wasn't technically breaking her promise, as she didn't mention Anna, at all. Rumpel was, apparently, starting to rub off, on her.
"Where did you here that?" Elsa asked, lowering her voice and glancing around, quickly. It seemed that she'd momentarily forgotten that she was in an empty apartment.
"Oh, I have my sources," Emma responded. She kept her face neutral, trying to hide her amusement at the dignified queen panicking over something like singing. "What do you sing? Opera?" Elsa looked confused.
"I thought 'Opera' was that generous women on the magic box?" she said.
"That's 'Oprah'", Emma said, flatly. "And you're trying to change the subject."
"…Maybe," Elsa muttered. "I haven't sung in a long time, so it will probably sound horrible."
"Please sing a verse, or two," Emma begged. "For me?" Elsa sighed. The sheriff was doing that thing with her eyes. Elsa hated when she did that.
"I don't really know any songs. I just…make them up, on the spot," she said. Emma continued doing the thing with her eyes. "I…do know a few verses of 'Jingle Bell Rock'." she finally sighed. Emma's face lit up like those fireworks she once made with her magic.
"Yes!" Emma exclaimed.
"Just…don't tell anyone!" Elsa said, quickly.
"I promise," her friend responded, grinning. Elsa couldn't help but smile at her enthusiasm, and for a moment, Emma forgot that Elsa would have to leave, soon.
Short, I know. But, I ran out of ideas for good dialogue. Such is life. Anywho, I hope you enjoyed it, despite its shortness! You probably didn't, but, oh well.
Review, please!
