AN: This is my new story that I keep thinking of and I've got the first few chapters already planned out.
Rory Gilmore, 17, Logan Huntzberger, 18, Finn Rothschild, 18, Colin McCrea, 18, and Stephanie Vanderbilt, 17, had been best friends since preschool. They would see each other every day and weekends were always spent together. They were all seniors at Chilton Prep School.
Rory was the quiet one. She read books, studied, and got along with almost everyone. She didn't grow up in High Society, like the others, but she still went to a preschool in Hartford when she met the three guys and Steph. She grew up in the little town of Stars Hollow. It was a quirky little town but she loved it there. Ever since eighth grade Rory had had a crush on Logan.
Logan Huntzberger was the charming one. He flirted, joked, and was beyond rich. His father was Mitchum Huntzberger, the newspaper guy. When people heard that he was a Huntzberger they were impressed and wanted to be his friend. Only his friends knew how truly messed up his family was. He grew up in Hartford and secretly had a crush on Rory.
Finn Rothschild was the careless one. He drank, was a playboy, and was also rich. His father owned a highly praise beer company. His family was the most normal. He was born in Australia but moved here when he was four. He had a sister that was eight years younger than him and his mother was a sweetheart.
Colin McCrea was the realistic one. He was thoughtful, responsible, and knew he needed to grow up. His father was in charge of a law firm and went through wives like they were socks. He never knew who his real mom was.
Stephanie was the flirt. She loved guys, talking, and flirting. She was a Vanderbilt.
Rory sat at her desk in her room typing up her essay when her phone started buzzing. She glanced at the caller ID. Seeing it was Logan she pressed ignore. She really needed to finish her work and Logan had a way of distracting her. When her pone kept buzzing she finally decided to pick it up.
"Yes?" She asked rudely while she continued to type.
"Hey Ace, its Logan." He said after a short pause.
"Mmhm?"
"I really need to talk to you in person," He said vaguely.
"Logan, I talked to you at school today. What is so important that you can't tell me over the phone?" She said starting to get annoyed.
"Rory, please? I really just need to talk to you!"
"When and Where?" Whatever this was better be very important.
"The coffee shop down the road from school." He said before he hung up.
Rory walked into the coffee shop seeing Logan sitting at a table in the back corner with his head in his hands. She walked up to the table and sat down across from him.
"Hey, what's wrong?" She said sadly.
"I've done something bad. Really bad." He said making her nervous.
"What'd you do?" She asked.
"I didn't tell you something that I should have when I found out." He started. "My dad is sending me to a boarding school in England."
"What?! When?!"
"Um… Soon." He answered.
"When's soon Logan? A year?" She asked starting to get teary eyed.
"I'm leaving tomorrow." He said looking up to see the tears flowing down her face.
"What? Tomorrow? How could you not tell me till today?" She said starting to raise her voice. It was a good thing the coffee shop was empty.
"Rory, I didn't tell you because I really care about you!" He said pleadingly.
"No," She said turning away from him.
"Ace, I Love You!" He said causing her to look straight into his eyes. He could see the anger in them.
"GO! Just go Logan! I never want to see your face ever again!" She said standing up. When he didn't move she spoke again. "Fine, I'll leave!" She stormed out of the coffee shop and headed straight home.
