Um, hi! It's me again.. I know I haven't even finished my first story yet, but I have some pent up ideas that need to be published. This one will be all Team Seven fics. AU where Sasuke never left and Kakashi eventually becomes a slightly better teacher. So, here you go~! Enjoy.
The first time they had found out about Naruto's 'training', they had been surprised. Who would have thought to improve their eye-hand coordination like that? Since it generally required two people, Naruto had been using a shadow clone, but when Sakura had found out, she had decided to, blushing and embarrassed, ask if she could join. Soon, they made it a routine. Every day, after training, Naruto and Sakura would immediately rush off to who knows where. Sasuke and the other Rookie Nine noticed their odd behavior, and asked if they were dating. Naruto's face went really red and he got a nosebleed. "No, I wish…" he muttered. Right before he fainted. Sakura on the other hand had begun to laugh so hard, she fell on her butt and still laughed after that. Finally, wiping tears of laughter away, she stood and walked away, shaking her head at their foolishness.
Finally, Sasuke decided to take initiative and follow them. To his utter shock, he found them playing childish clapping games! He was so surprised; he fell out of the tree he was hiding in. Sakura rushed over, red faced in embarrassment, to see if her 'Sasuke-kun' was alright. Naruto, on the other hand began laughing. "You should have seen your face!" He crowed, weak and panting from his laughter-into-choking fit. Sasuke bolted up, ready to tell him off, before stopping and composing himself. "Hn." Was his elegant response. Naruto sat back up, and Sakura, with one last glance at Sasuke, headed back over. She plopped down in front of him, and they began their game. Sasuke was feeling majorly ticked off by now. "Aren't you ninja? Why are you sitting around, playing silly, childish games?" He burst out at them. Without stopping, Naruto easily answered. "We're not playing games, Sasuke-teme. We're improving our hand-eye coordination, and our teamwork." Sasuke was floored. Never had he thought to try and improve his coordination like this.
After a few weeks of following them, they finally convinced him to sit down and play a game. It was much, much, much harder than he thought it would be. Soon, his competitive streak kicked in and he played every day, after training. Kakashi, noticing his teams eagerness to leave, followed them out of curiosity. He, too, was surprised. He didn't fall out of his tree, though. He simply backed away. After following them for several weeks, Naruto, to his great surprise, called him out. "Kaka-sensei, why don't you come out and join us too?" So he did. Now, they all spend their afternoons playing simple games to improve their simple skills.
Well, not too grand, I know, but, hey! At least its something, right? RIGHT?
