Disclaimer: I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh, because if I would, Seto Kaiba would truly be together with his Blue-Eyes…
Author's note: Can't help but write this pairing…love them too much xsmilex…anyways this one-shot can stand on its own, but can as well be seen as a companion peace to Dragons call. Hope you enjoy it!

Dragon's dream
Every night he had the same dream, it haunted him, chased him and never would leave him alone.
It was the reason why he didn't wanted to fall asleep.
He feared to have it again, but at the same time craved it and he knew. Knew that he would break if this dream should ever stop.
Every night he kept having this dream.
The dream about her, this beautiful girl. He saw her slim body, which seemed to be so fragile and still held a power like nothing he had ever seen; saw her white hair which seemed to have a faint blue shimmer, just like snow – but most of all he saw her eyes; those amazing blue eyes, which contained a light that seemed to destroy every darkness.
But more then all of this, it was her voice that haunted him.
"Please believe in me." She whispered.
"Believe in a ghost of a dead girl, I just met once in some memory world?" He would always retort.
"Say I'm real." She whispered.
"But you aren't." he snapped back.
"Believe whatever you want," she whispered sadly and then disappeared.
He would wake up, alone in his bed, her whisper still echoing in his ears.
But one night the dream changed and she whispered. "Believe in us, believe in what you said."
"Believe in what? What did I say?"
"Nothing gets between Seto Kaiba and his Blue-Eyes."
He stared at her in disbelief, than looked aside. A pained expression ghosting over his face.
"But you are not my Blue-Eyes." He said bitterly.
She looked at him in confusion. "What do you mean? I am!" She took a step forward, something she had never done before, and caused him to step back.
"No you aren't!" he yelled. "I'm not blind! I saw how you looked at him. You could never be my Blue-Eyes, because you are his! And I can never be him, because I'm Seto Kaiba and not some freaky High-Priest from ancient Egypt!" For a moment his words reverberated through the emptiness that surrounded them. He turned away in shock as he realized what he just said, what he had revealed and acknowledged with those words.
"No", she whispered. "No!" she repeated louder and again "No!" this time furiously. "I'm not his. I could never be, because I'm not her as well!"
She grabbed his arm and forced him to look into her amazing eyes.
His entire world came crashing down.
"I'm your Blue-Eyes and not some freaky girl from ancient Egypt called Kisara." Her eyes were burning with anger, beholding a silent challenge.
It seemed like an eternity in which they simply stared at each other.
"Please believe in me, in us." She whispered again.
He was lost.
His forehead came resting against hers, his hands grabbing her shoulders for support. Inhaling her familiar scent, feeling the warmth of her body underneath his hands and sensing this air of power that surrounded her.
Finally he began to accept.
"Say I am real." His Blue-Eyes whispered again.
Something broke, shattered on a non-existing ground, like crystal falling on white marble.
"You are", he whispered. "You are."
Believe in me-in us. Believe in what you said.
Nothing gets between Seto Kaiba and his Blue-Eyes.
