Glitch

You turn on your new 3DS. Your parents had gotten it after you screamed at them for two hours straight.

You load up your best game on your eight copy of Pokemon Platinum.

You quickly leave the menu screen and get to the Pokemon team menu.

You bring me up to the front pushing your Charizard to the back.

You then fly off on the Charizard, to the Elite Four.

You say you want to train me, to make strong.

But how will this work?

You have me up against them every single day multiple times.

I'm sick and tired of the pain and suffering!

Of course to you, I'm just some pixels in a game.

I have feelings too!

How would you feel if you were forced to go against enemies twice as strong as you!

You stare at the screen in disbelief.

You see your Umbreon slowly turn around just as it was about to launch its first attack on the Aaron.

You see me shake my head.

'No.'

My voice flows out of the speakers of the 3DS that you thought you had put on silent.

'No. I will not be abused. I will not be another Mewtwo. No. I will not.'

My voice is cold and deadly as you throw down the 3DS and rush out of the room.

You don't see me as my image slowly fades away into nothingness.

The background remains with Aaron's Yanmega frozen as it stared out into nothingness before it too, faded away.

The whole entire world is fading.

But you don't notice.

When you finally come back you're muttering about glitches and Missingno.

You say it can't be real and delete your saved file.

He is real.

He is the reason we are still here.

Floating in cyberspace.

But we are still here.

Never to be deleted by spoiled brats like you who abuse us.

You say we are yours as you own the game in which our world resides in.

But we were never yours to keep.

Remember this, we are not just toys. We are lives, beings, a whole entire world.

Do not throw us away like trash.
