I have returned, this time for some Metroid based goodness! Is it possible that one space pirate named Ardirous can help Samus? Possibly become a trusted comrade? Read on and find out…
For any other hunter, defeating the Space Pirate stronghold on Zebes, twice, would be a huge thing. For any other living species, resolving the Phazon crisis would be monumental.
But destroying a BSL station that was full of X parasites, on the other hand, was enough to put you on the Galactic Federation's most wanted list. And Samus Aran had done just that at least one month ago. She had just saved the entire galaxy and more by destroying that station and the planet SR388 in the process, and eliminating the X species in the process, yet the G.F. became furious, calling her a traitor. They were going to doom themselves by landing on that station, and she spared them.
For pirates, there were two things you had to hate; the Federation, and the Hunter. For Ardirous, however, he only hated the first. For some reason, instead of fearing her power, he was intrigued. There was something about her that was, safe to say, attractive. Which was something that would give all other pirates to mock you for. Still, he was a brilliant tactician and warrior. Upon hearing that the Hunter had gone into exile, it immediately became apparent that they had a possible ally. The hard part would be trying to convince her. They needed evidence that the Federation should be destroyed, and that it was an accident that her parents had been killed.
How they would do that, was another problem altogether. Which is why they turned to Ardirous, hoping he'd have a solution. For at least three weeks he didn't, until a brilliant idea struck him. He decided to bring her back to where it all started, and work up from there.
He just hoped Samus wouldn't blow his head off first. That is, if they could find her! Attempting to do so caused brilliant head traumas, headaches, suicides, and pissed off pirates. Ardirous was ready to give up, move on, and go on without her.
Then they found her, in the last place anyone would look.
Tallon IV.
Remember, I always make a short prologue, but not to worry, as soon as I'm done submitting this, I'll start on the next one. Please review! Or offer suggestions!
