A/N: Hey guys. Here's "oneshot" number four. Now, I should probably warn you that this one is pretty dark...if you didn't get the title :P. This was actually a request from my beta. He's been a great help to me, so I was happy to do this one. Hope you guys like it...and please...no hitlists :D?

Darkness

Aang's eyes filled with horror as he watched his large, furry air bison plummet to the hard-packed earth behind him. In his mind's eye, the young boy saw all the memories he had had with his flying companion, his only living link to his past. In shock, he turned back to the culprit.
The Fire Princess stood, her fingers still smoking from the attack, an evil smirk on her face.
Tears of rage filled his eyes, as the Princess's laugh rang through the air. How could she...how could she...
Gusts of wind surrounded them as the rest of his companions watched in horror. The Avatar's eyes began to glow, as he rose into the air.
'She would pay' were the only thoughts in his mind. Slowly, the young boy lost to the power within.
Slowly, the Avatar forged on. The Princess had been the first to fall under the Spirit's rage, followed closely by her army.
The Spirit continued towards the Fire Nation, wiping out entire fleets as it continued. Nothing stood in it's way.
The Fire Nation people watched, frozen like statues as the people around them were swept away by the vengeful Spirit, as it made its way to the Fire Nation Palace, to the Fire Lord.
The Fire Lord could only stare in fear before he to was swept away, landing far away, his body broken.
Running out of steam, the Spirit released control over the young boy as he fell to the ground, behind him land, houses, lakes were all destroyed. Bodies were strewn across the ground, all having been tossed around.
Slowly, the boy opened his eyes. They had filled with sadness at the sight before him. Shaking his head, he thought of what Azula had done. Eyes filling with hate yet again, he thought of how they deserved it. His head believed him, but his heart would never allow him a good rest again. Fearing the consequences, the boy fled, as the world turned to chaos.
