Ring… Ring… Ring…
Who could be calling? Jumba scratched his head as he no longer fumbled through the buttons on his experiment modification keypad and ejected the Elvis record from the player. His lab was vacated for nearly five years – probably out of the interplanetary phonebooks and off the Galaxy Wide Web. Hah! The Federation could have even taken it down because of his past evil demeanor. But, in all, a dust layer coated everything and provided the icing on the cake.
"Galaxy Defense Industries, where DNA stands for do not ask."
"Jumba!" Pleakley cheered nearly falling out of his maroon office chair and swiveling in delight looking out of his corner office's superb window.
"Pleakley!" Jumba replied in a similar tone smiling widely. "How is being little one?"
Pleakley blushed to himself and the wig that adorned his head. "Oh fine… the usual…"
There was a long pause – an awkward pause. For some reason, Jumba expected more, more than 'the usual' answer he had just received. This was Pleakley's dream come true. He'd always told Jumba about his goals about being a teacher of Earth studies. Him teaching his students about microwaves one day and the ocean tides the next. To Jumba's listening ears, there seemed to be too much to teach in so little time.
Perhaps Pleakley thought the same of him. Returning to his evil genius lab and making more evil monstrosities was all he could ever dream of since he was old enough to say the word evil – or maybe ebil.
"I mean… It's great….!" Pleakley broke in. "Except for the part where I don't get to teach. I'm alone in this dark office and nobody stops by… And well…" twiddling his wig. "I JUST MISS YA SO MUCH!" Pleakley clutched his mouth with a gasp. He couldn't believe what he just said, but it was the truth. And he, himself, playing Lilo's aunt and Jumba playing Lilo's uncle.
"I be missing you too Pleakley."
"Really?" Pleakley questioned not believing what he had just heard. He felt like he was going to faint. No, don't faint, don't faint! It's too soon to faint. Wait, why am I even thinking this? "You miss your…" Pleakley paused. "Y-your Aunt Pleakley?"
"Yes…" Jumba readmitted. "Is lonely being in lab. Not even booms and crashes can solace evil genius, let alone Earth folky tunes."
The two broke out into a needed laugh.
"Say, I just happened to have two hours off before a big campus meeting and maybe I could stop by." Pleakley blurted leaning into his chair with confidence.
"He, he… fine… no need to bring flowers," Jumba laughed at Pleakley's desperation.

Is it romance or is it friendship? Tell me in the review section!
Many thanks to Guest for pointing out the lone 'Aunt Pleakley' part! LOL... reading it as I had it originally seemed pretty raunchy. I updated it so it makes a little more sense to people who haven't seen Lilo and Stitch 2, Lilo and Stitch the Series, and Leroy and Stitch. Thanks to all! :)
