What's wrong?

Disclaimer: I don't own Fruits Basket. Oh, by the way, this poem belongs to me, too.
A/n: Umm, I dunno what to say about this . . . Read, enjoy, and review!

Today, I realized, I don't want to die.
--
I remember my mother's funeral.
All the crying . . .
The sadness . . .
I remember it all clearly . . .
--
I want to be alive!
--
I remember my Ojii-san offer me a loving home . . .
--
I want to make friends happy, Be happy for them . . .
--
I remember my Ojii-san ask if I had somewhere to stay and how I replied yes all-too-quickly, not wanting to be a burden.
I remember my Ojii-san's relieved smile.
--
That's the good thing in life . . .
Generosity can get the best of us, I realized that.
--
I remember all the things I did for the Sohmas and all the things they did for me in return.
I was all too willing to help!
--
People say I'm too nice for my own good, But is any one too nice?
--
They give me compliments on my generosity all the time. I love seeing others happy, what else can I say? How can I not be willing when it comes to them?
--
What's wrong with wanting to see others happy?
Even if it's tearing you up . . .
--
I watch as the Sohmas walk out of my life and on into their own, on their own; I watch with a grim smile.
--
That's only generosity right?
What's wrong?
--
It's only friendship . . . love.
Solely kindness, right?
Merely forgetting about yourself . . .
What more could one want?
. . . What's wrong?
--~--
I know, it's kind of angsty, eh? Sorry, it's just I've been looking for something to fit my poem for a long time and this is the only thing I could think of . . .
Ummm, review please!!
