Have you ever dropped your phone onto the hard ground, or lost it for days and had to wipe it? I have and trust me, it was a terrible week. Many people break their phones every day, and then the next day they go to the mall and go get a new one, not bothering to think twice about it. The phone that they get is usually a generation bigger than the one that they break or lose, so it is actually a 'good' thing, aside from the fact that you need to pay quite a load of money every month. But in the end, you don't regret it after all. Because then you don't need to wait until Christmas or your next birthday to get a new one! On the other hand, this means that you might drop or lose that one too, however unusual that is. I don't think that I need to tell you how many phones are lost or broken in a year, as you can probably imagine that it would be a very large average.

The rate of broken iPhones is a lot less important, however, when compared to how many people commit suicide every year.

The Golden Gate Bridge is known as first of all, a very beautiful bridge. But if you look deeper into its history, you will see that it has the most people going there to commit the saddest thing that has ever been thought of... suicide. The amount of people that do this inconceivable thing is sadly very high. The average amount of people who commit suicide per year is approximately 25 people. That is a lot of people on one bridge. And not all of the people who die there are originally from a state close to there, some people travel far to go jump off the Death Bridge.

Many proposals have been made to make the bridge less open to such catastrophe; however, none have been accepted yet except for the netting underneath the bridge. Other propositions include higher gates on the sides, boards over the railings, and higher security. Of these, only the latter has been used, as the former would both make the bridge dangerous in high winds.

I am fairly sure that you do not need me to tell you that it is a lot easier to replace phones than human lives. How much do you value life? I hope that this made you more aware of what is constantly happening in this world. The Golden Gate Bridge is just one of the MANY places that people take their own lives.

If you know someone who is struggling, reach out to them, can you imagine what the rest of your life will be like if you know that you could have saved someone's life but chose not to? If that happened to me, I would be disgusted with myself.

Life is already short enough, so don't waste whatever you have left on things you will regret.

As for any lost phones, they can be replaced, human lives, however, can simply not be, if you tried to replace one, you would have a big hole in your life, whatever you try to do about it.
