Damn. Not again! I'm totally into this couple right now. For like , 17 weeks! And just to tell you how crazy i'm back with this couple , I've started playing Final Fantasy 7 and rewatched the movie like a million times. O.O Anyway , Onto the story.
The wind was cool. The ground was wet and cold. Cloud Strife walked along the streets of Midgar as he stared out , deep in thought of a certain brunette of course. The warm smile that always made him warm on the inside no matter how cold it was , the calm yet happy green eyes that also seemed to have a soothing yet calm effect on him. She was his everything. He was snapped back on how she was brutally murdered. It made him feel useless.
She was gone before he even told her how he felt about her. Unknowingly , Cloud wandered into Aerith's church. The beautiful flowers were sprouting good because of the wonderful care of Cloud. He gazed at the flowers before picking a white one. It was a lily. He brought it toward his nose and a smile appeared. However , when he opened his album , he could have swore that the wind was clutching him in a warm loving hold. 'Probably Aerith.' He thought. After flipping a few pages , he broke the silence.
"Aerith? I'm sorry." He whispered. She was obviously confused and replied , " for what?" He stared into the empty space beside him. "For....not being able to protect you." There was a silence before she spoke again. " I forgive you. It wasn't your fault." She soothed. He whimpered quietly. "I miss you."
She didn't reply , tightly embracing him. He closed his eyes , savouring the warmth that heated his cold body. He felt safe in her arms. She felt the same , and rubbed his cheek. Curious , Cloud turned his head before realizing Aerith was 'kissing' him. For a spilt second , he felt the whole world under his feet. She smiled at him while he flushed. He closed the album before sliding it into his bag and keeping it under a seat. He stared at the moon before standing.
" I have to go. " He whispered , and walked out of the church. However , as he left , he felt a warm embrace behind him. He closed his eyes and murmured , " I love you."
