Hey guys! I decided to rewrite the only chapter of this story!
I figured you'd like to read it better, if the chapter wasn't misleading.
Enjoy and review.
Max pov
Chains, they surround me.
They encase me in a world of solitude.
They keep me from the ones I love.
If I try to break them, they get tighter.
If I move, they get shorter.
My chains bind me.
They erase who I was before.
They tamper with my memories.
They think all is forgotten.
However I will hold on to the little sanity I have left.
I will fight until my very last breath.
For the two children with the white blonde hair,
For the girl who makes talking sound deadly,
For the blind boy who had a passion for bombs,
and lastly for the boy who stole my heart.
Sadly I am here, surrounded by chains and white walls.
The only freedom I have is the ability to think and even that is limited.
If I think of something constantly the hoods will know.
After all I am their prisoner and they are my masters.
Only once have I seen their faces.
It was not a pleasant moment.
***Flashback***
This was the day I was going to get back to them.
I had been planning it for months.
Every time they feed me a meal, they left a fork.
I would them through the fork up in the air, hitting a specific tile.
Yet ever so slowly the tile began to wither away.
Allowing an escape route for yours truly.
How am I going to reach the tile you ask?
Well, when they hand me my "meal" they unlatch the chains.
So all I have to do is fly up through the hole and slip out the conveniently located window.
The only problem was my wings.
I haven't used them in so long.
They might not even work anymore.
I might be doomed to die in a place of horror.
Or I could see them again, the people who haunt my dreams.
Either way it's worth it.
Suddenly the door to my cell opened and a hood walked through the door.
It picked up a clear glass case, showing a bright red button.
Freedom.
As it pressed the button, the chains fell to the floor.
Tears welled up in my eyes, at the thought of seeing them again.
The hood handed me the food, giving me the tool I needed at last.
Grabbing the knife, I jabbed it into it's chest and finally let my wings unfold.
I got about ten feet off the ground, when a hand clasped around my foot.
I couldn't move.
I had lost.
I knew what it would do next.
The hood pulled my ankle down to the ground.
My whole body crashing before it's knees.
The hood peering down at me, it's face visible.
A white mask held it's smile.
It's eyes however could be seen.
Their yellow orbs full of hostility and death.
They weren't human.
Suddenly blood began to pour out of my head.
The hood laughed.
Definitely not human.
***End of Flashback***
So how did I do?
It's a little different from what I did with DEAD INSIDE. (Which I will try to update later)
Anyway,
SEE YOU IN THE STARS
