Omar sighed. He really did hate it when Brandon cursed. "The fuck is this?!" Brandon growled as he punched the arcade game. This was the first time he had asked Omar to join him. Usually he wanted to be alone to go to the arcade. He loved the games here and he was great at them. Omar felt like he had been privileged to get the experience of watching his boy in his 'natural habitat.' Omar swallowed his reprimand, not wanting to damage his chances of seeing Brandon like this. He just ignored it and focused on Brandon. The boy didn't even notice Omar staring, he was so intent on the game. He managed to win and set a high score and turned to Omar with a brilliant smile. "Fuck yeah." He said as he let his eyes flicker over to the jukebox. "Let's dance." Brandon said as he slipped his hand into Omar's and dragged him over to the music machine. Brandon began flicking through the music flicking a mischievous grin to Omar every once in a while. Omar smiled to himself, he was probably the most feared man in Maryland and yet he was a queer. He was whipped and he was going to dance in an arcade with his pale skinned boyfriend. If anyone had a problem with it Omar would have no trouble changing their minds with a little tactical maneuvering of a sawn off.

"Find anything good?" Omar asked after a while. Brandon shook his head apologetically.

"Not for dancing." Brandon responded.

"Why don't you teach me how to play one of these games then?" Omar offered with a small smile.

"Which one?" Brandon asked happily.

"Hmmm." Omar thought for a moment, scanning the room. "That one." He said pointing to pinball. Brandon looked at it and then looked back at Omar with an eye roll. They walked over to it and Omar looked at the buttons and levers. "What's the point?" Omar asked.

"You keep the ball out of this spot here." Brandon pointed to the spot. "You push these to move these." Brandon pushed the buttons on either side to show. Omar nodded with a concentrated expression.

"But why? What's the point?" Omar asked looking earnestly at Brandon who looked incredulous.

"Cause it's fun." Brandon said with a grin. Omar looked confused but tried it anyway. He lasted a while with Brandon's help. When he lost he frowned and turned to Brandon who only laughed. "Let's go eat." Brandon said as they left. Omar nodded and slung an arm around Brandon's shoulders. Queer, whipped, feared, and happy; Omar smiled.
