I've had a few MacxDash requests recently and I've been feeling a bit sappy, so I whipped up a romance oneshot! BAM! Sorry it's so short though, I was trying to keep it "instrumental". Please enjoy.

She laid by his side, away from the grey rain, away from the dark and cold. Black clouds cried and silver linings glistened. She snuggled into his chest as he wrapped his large arm around her. They laid and cuddled in the barnshed for hours –for the day.
She never truly listened to rain before; always caused it, never embraced it. To see the world from above the clouds and to never understand it. To see the world from a barnshed and to truly comprehend it. It brought inner peace to her mind. It brought heavy breaths to her chest. It brought warm water to her eyes.
To actually feel her heart beat, without being outside, without being athletic, was quite strange to her. To actually hear her heart beat due to something other than competition, speed, or adrenaline. The sensation was a freedom her wings could never give her otherwise. It was the warmth of a fire without the heat. It redefined life and time. The feeling was so complex, but so simple. It made all the difference.
His red hide pressed warmly on her cyan coat, joining physically, but mentally. They held each other as did their spirits, both giving innocent beauty and truth. She felt different than before. She felt better than before. She had reason to wake each day.
She experienced more than she ever expected. She danced, yelled, cheered, cried, laughed, frowned, smiled, and jumped without moving a muscle. But it was felt all over her body, from the tip of her head to the end of her rainbow-colored tail. It was a tingling vibration that flowed through her, light but heavy. It was the sun's rays piercing through a rainy day. It played with her soul. Through nature's beauty she felt complete; so much to say, but no words to express it. She could try to tell him a hundred times, or even a thousand times her feelings, but a warm embrace or a silver tear would peak all. He already knew.
An irreplaceable, surreal bliss melted one into the other's mold. Strong and selfless golden dew caressed their souls, connecting and matching perfectly. Unconditional love and care amidst as the world was unselfishly given, now magnified and inspired. It brought all her colors to joy; brighter than before.
Her world bloomed as light opened the sky and sweet sunshine covered the land, warming life.
She was learning to live.
