One shot Percabeth. Hope you like it!

Annabeth POV

I said goodbye to Katie and ran to the Arena. I knew Percy was in there training with one of the Apollo cabin kids.

When I got there, I flung open the door and almost dropped to my knees. Oh. My. Gods.

Percy looked…hot.

To me, he's always been cute, sweet, annoying…but it just occurred to me. He looked gorgeous. Hot.

Percy wore a blue shirt (surprise! Percy always wears blue or green but mostly blue) and his jean shorts with green shoes. He was sweating and he had his battle armory on. Every time his sword hit the Apollo kid's sword, his eyes flashed. Like… he was proud of himself. I felt proud of him.

And you know what?

He was mine.

Not anyone else's. Mine. My Seaweed Brain.

I left because if I even tried talking to him, I wouldn't have gotten any words out.

After dinner, I was sitting on the beach, staring at the waves.

"I love coming out here," Percy whispered from behind me. "It's relaxing. Reminds me of my Dad."

I smiled. I can see why a son of Poseidon loves the sea, the waves, the smell of the ocean and sprinkles of water that touch your face.

"I love it too," I nodded. "You're right- it's relaxing."

"I'm glad you agree," he smirked. I rolled my eyes.

We stared at the waves then I looked at Percy.

"Seaweed Brain," I whispered. He looked at me. "I love you."

He grinned then leaned forward. "I've been wanting to tell you that I love you forever. Wise Girl?"

"Hmm…" I couldn't speak. His cool breath was on my face. It was intoxicating.

"I love you," he said before kissing me. It was gently, slow, passionate kiss but it was enough to make my insides leap for joy. Then, all of a sudden we were sprayed with sea water and Percy looked ashamed- he was blushing.

I gave that look. "What did you do?"

He wasn't soaking wet like I was but completely dry. Percy looked like he accomplished one of his goals.

"I might've…lost control," he mumbled and looked away. "Sorry. I just…lost myself in you." He looked into my eyes and I felt like swimming through his sea green eyes. Then I realized I was staring and blushed.

"Annabeth," he said, getting closer.

"Yeah," my head snapping up automatically.

"I love you," he grinned.

We then enjoyed a nice, monster free, peaceful evening on the beach.

It was bad, I know but I have been wanting to write a Percy Jackson story, one like this. Just when they admit their love for each other. It's short. I know. I apologize but I would appreciate a review…please.
