A/N: I don't ship Bella and Jacob. If he wanted to leave because he felt like it was too dangerous for her being around him, fine, what I don't agree with is him taking her stuff, and hiding it. Those pictures, the CD, the tickets, memories that she made with him and his family, he should've left them for her to decide if she wanted to burn them to a crisp or cry over them.
Starts off when Alice has just told Bella, that Edward is going to The Volturi.
"Bella! Bella, its Edward! He thinks you're dead, Rosalie told him why I came here." Alice says urgently. How would Edward know? I turn to Jacob.
"Why would you…? Why didn't you let me speak to him?!" I yelled at Jacob.
"He didn't ask to speak to you." Jacob says with barely controlled anger.
"I don't care!" I yell back.
"Bella" I'm so focused on Jacob, I don't hear Alice say my name. "Bella! He's going to the Volturi. He wants to die too." Alice grips my shoulders, drawing my attention away from Jacob.
I have my bags packed in record time. Alice is already in the car waiting for me; we had to save Edward.
"He left you Bella. He didn't want you anymore. Remember?" Jacob says to me has I try to make my to the car. How can Jake not have a girlfriend, I mean he's such a sweet talker.
"Well, I'm not gonna let him kill himself out of guilt." I answer with a shaky voice.
"Well, what about your Dad? " Jacob asks.
"I'm eighteen. I'm legally free to go and I left a note." I'm still trying to get into the car as quickly as possible.
"Please Bella. Just…stay here. For Charlie. For me." Jacob begs me while leaning over Alice's driver side window and grabbing her hand that has the car keys in it.
"I have to go." I say dejectedly.
"I'm begging you. Please." Jacob says pleadingly. God, I'm hurting him. I know I am, but I can't let Edward do it. I can't.
"Goodbye, Jacob.'' I say. Hopefully not for the last time. I guess this is as good has time has any.
"Jake!" called after him.
"Bella, I know what you're gonna say, so just go." He was angry.
"Catch." I throw a crumbled piece of paper at him.
"Okay." Alice says has she drives off.
"Bella, what did you do?" Alice asks me curiously. "I can't see your future anymore." She says in a slight panic.
"Nothing. I just made a second split decision." I answered as I look out the window of the plane.
"Dammit!" Jake yelled in frustration. He threw his History book at his bedroom door, barely missing Billy's head. "She can't just run to him and leave me with a crumbled up piece of paper and expect me to read it!" I yell, pacing my bedroom floor.
"Jake, just read the damn paper." Billy said exhaustingly. Damn boy almost took my head off.
"What if, it says she's never coming back? What if, it says she hates me?" I plop onto my bed. "Dad I can't read that."
"Well then I'll read it for you." He wheels himself over to the desk where the paper is laying.
"Dad, no!" I snatch it up.
"Now you have to read it." He rolls himself out of my room with a smirk on his face.
I sigh and ran my fingers through my hair before I open the paper. "This little piece of paper is gonna decide what kind of relationship I'm gonna have with Bella" I let out a bitter laugh. "How nice."
Once I done straightening it out to the best of my abilities, without ripping it, I read: I'm sorry for yelling at you, Jake. I was just mad and I took it out on you, but I didn't mean it. I'll come back for you. I pro-no I swear.
Bella
I read the note two more times, before breaking into possibly the biggest grin ever.
I can't stop myself from doing a little victory dance.
