Hello, this is my first attempt at writing anything really big and then posting it on the internet. Not only that, this is also my first piece of typed fan fiction. Everything else remains in my head.

As my creative blog says, "Essentially it's going to focus on a relatively ambiguous male child who, after being created by the three goddesses, goes on his own quest to prepare Hyrule for the Hero of Time". Interesting premise? Well I have a basic outline written down but I'm very open to suggestions.

Oh, and I need a title.

Chapter 1 - Creation

Before time began, before spirits and life existed... Three golden goddesses descended upon the chaos that was Hyrule...

Din, the goddess of power... Nayru, the goddess of wisdom... Farore, the goddess of courage...

Din... With her strong flaming arms, she cultivated the land and created the red earth.

Nayru... Poured her wisdom onto the earth and gave the spirit of law to the world.

Farore... With her rich soul, produced all life forms who would uphold the law.

The three great goddesses, their labours completed, departed for the heavens. And golden sacred triangles remained at the point where the goddesses left the world. Since then, the sacred triangles have become the basis for our world's providence. And, the resting place of the triangles has become the Sacred Realm.

He must be found, lest their work be for none. Their work cannot be for none. If not for their saving actions there would be no beauty in this land. It must be protected. They say darkness is coming to seize it. They say a hero will come. They say that his journey will be difficult and demanding. Far too difficult, they say. The people of Hyrule need help and a hero is coming. The hero of Hyrule needs help and a guardian angel is coming.

He will be there. He will prepare this chosen land for saving. They will it for it is the purpose for which he is here. Carried on the breath of Farore's Wind he will make his descent from the heavens to aid in the fight. But he is not to give the final blow nor will he do work that is not his own. He will be like nothing, as if he does not exist even to those whom he meets. But they will know why he comes. Within all of them rests the power of their makers and though diluted by mortal power, knowledge and wisdom, it still holds sway.

Mortals...what are they like? Is what they say true...? Nay, if it were there would be no darkness spreading. Even so, all must serve and that is what will happen. He will make it happen...
