There are many wonderful things in life, and being a pirate means that he has gotten to experience a large number of them. Yet there is one thing that stands out the most in his eyes, after years of searching and travelling the seas, there is only one thing that will relax him, bring a smile to his face and make him the happiest creature on the ocean.
Walking along the deck of the Thousand Sunny, he could hear sounds coming from the other end of the deck that sent chills of excitement down his spine. Those sounds made his heart quicken and made his stomach tighten. Those sounds could only mean that he was about to experience one of the greatest pleasures on the ocean. With a small smile, he quickened his pace. He silently crossed the ship, always heading in the direction of what he was seeking. As he neared his destination, he caught a pleasant smell on the wind. Strawberries and vanilla, the smell just confirmed to him who had been making those noises. He headed towards the cabin doors and paused for a second, he had to make sure there was no one around. If any of the other crew members saw where he was headed and what he was soon going to be doing. It would cause an uproar. He knew that a certain chef would not be happy about this arrangement, but he was also human. He also had needs and desires that needed to be fulfilled and in his short live time he knew there will be nothing to compare to this, and there will be no one who will stop him and his one true love. If they did there would be hell to pay. With one last look around to make sure the coast was clear, he opened the door stuck his head in and was greeted to the most beautiful sight in the world. There lying across the table like some form of goddess was a freshly baked strawberry cheesecake. Sanji had been working on it all evening, and when Luffy saw him leaving the cabin to go have a smoke. He knew it was now or never. If he had waited any longer it would have been hidden from him. He knew that it was meant for Nami, but next to meat he had discovered that one of his favourite foods was cake and there was one. With a yell of joy he dove head first into the cake and started wafting it down like his life depended on it. Which in this case it did, he had maybe two or three minutes before Sanji came back and if he caught him he knew his life would be over, but it was worth it because to Luffy this was one of the greatest pleasures in life.
