This book takes place after the Avengers. It's going to be almost a cross in Avengers and the tv show Avengers: Assemble mainly because I like Falcon :) I shall try updating as much as possible. It features an OC. I do not own Marvel but I do own Megan.
I woke up in a place I didn't know. I had no idea where I was, and if I was being honest, I had no idea who I was. I didn't recognize the tan walls around me, and my brain hurt when I tried to remember last night. I thought perhaps I had drank too much, yet that wouldn't explain why I didn't know who I was. I decided to get up out of bed, to figure out who I was this way.
Why my bed was pink, I had no idea. Perhaps I liked pink. Is it sad that I couldn't even think of what my favorite color was? I found that sad.
I looked around the room to see if I could find a hint on who I was. Perhaps I had a picture of my best friend? Who was my best friend? Why did my mind hurt to think of this? It felt like I was fishing with my bare hands, but they kept slipping through my hands, never being able to grasp the fish completely. It was annoying and it was starting to tick me off.
Suddenly, my eyes laid on a wallet on my end table next to my bed. Hopefully it was my wallet, and it would give me a hint on who I was.
I opened the wallet quickly, and I sighed when I saw an ID on the inside. And that it had my picture on the ID. According to the ID, I was Megan Falke. Perhaps there was some other hint in here, because for some reason, knowing my name brought back absolutely no memories whatsoever. I knew I was Megan Falke (if the ID was correct) but I still didn't know who I was.
It was a name, and nothing else.
I found a credit card in the wallet as well, a credit card that had a pin number attached to it. I couldn't tell if I had written the pin, which frustrated me. I apparently lost so much of my memory that I couldn't even tell what my penmanship looked like.
That was a dead end though. Perhaps something else around my house would give me some sort of hint. Hopefully.
I checked the bathroom first. Oddly enough, the bathroom had absolutely nothing in it. There was no shampoo, conditioner, towels, rags, anything. The whole bathroom was completely empty. Next up was the dressers in the bedroom. They were empty too. Everything. As I checked my house, which was soon to be found out was an apartment, I found that there was just simply nothing. The only thing in the entire apartment was my wallet. a tv, couch, chair, my bed, the end table, and the dresser.
The only place I hadn't searched was the kitchen, and I was just getting ready to enter the room. When I entered, I noticed something that the rest of the apartment hadn't offered: a hint. There, stuck to the fridge via a magnet was a small piece of paper. I ran to it, and tore it off the fridge. It was written in the same handwriting as the pin stuck to the credit card was. There was an address at the top, with eight words scrawled below the address.
If you want your memories back, go here.
