Hi,
Last the series left off, Albus Potter and a gang of ten journeyed into the forest in an attempt to discover what may lie beyond and to discover the mystery of the seductive silver line. As the adventure came to a close, a mysterious and dangerous Reservation of Pure-bloods, including many families once thought to be extinct, are revealed and behind them Soto Lean, one-time attacker as Incommodo's ally, now working for his own interest and the interest of the Reservation. The memories of the journey are erased for all but Albus, Mark, and Lily but thankfully, due to Mark's quick thinking and intuition, Harry Potter discovered.
For one reason or another, Scorpius continues trying to establish Slytherin house as a reformed house and using the hat's rule of choices, tries talking to first years before the sorting. For what reason remain unknown. He managed with Gabriel Dagger and Lorcan Scamander however failed with Lysander Scamander and Lily Potter. Scorpius isn't likely to quit anytime soon but this time, his attempt takes him to a new face who just might be one of the many keys to ending the war favorably. Once again, he shall try his go again. Will he succeed? If not, will anything happen as a result? Just how much influence does he hold over this newcomer? Only time will tell.
Hogwarts experiences changes as well. In response to pushing from Incommodo, Hogwarts sees one positive change and hires a new teacher for a new subject. This teacher has his own role to play as another teacher's role comes to a close. While the change is widely welcome, many see an opportunity to further their own agendas and make their separate moves for power with Hogwarts fully in mind.
Meanwhile, in return for his virtual absence in the third story, Riley Blackberry returns in this story and with him, his younger brother Nate. Having finally caved to pressure from Harry, Phoenix saw fit to allow the half-vampires back in as Rita Skeeter spends time in Azkaban prison.
In the fourth book titled Albus Potter and the Goblin's Amulet, the stakes are raised and a four-way power struggle becomes apparent. As the villains in the series are known, the question of who killed the Walladers remains elusive regardless of Harry's strong suspicions. Phoenix and Harry act to keep their diminishing power as the Purifiers led by Soto Lean, the Arsenal of Education led by Mors Incommodo and the Goblins make a vie for power and control of the Wizading, each with their own vision in mind.
However, Hogwarts is now under watch. Soto chooses to get involved and establish a presence as he seeks an unknown goal involving Hogwarts. A student in the castle is revealed to be his stooge and acts on his behalf, Albus Potter finds himself and Mark and Lily blackmailed and in an attempt to protect each other, all three secretly get involved. Harry meanwhile refuses to take any chances and refuses to meet with Soto under any circumstance while the two sides start considering war.
As promised, this will be the book where everything culminates in the first major death of the series. A shock and a surprise to some. In parallel with Goblet of Fire, the series starts losing valuable characters are the run is made towards the final confrontation. Cedric died in Goblet of Fire. Who will kick the bucket in the Goblin's Amulet? Remember this: It can be anyone. Since the third story ended, we've passed the line, crossed the threshold, into what may be termed the Point of No Return. From this story onwards, no one is safe.
All these questions will be answered in this coming story. Hope you enjoy.
