Chapter 2:

"Hello Tracy!" Cam said as she slammed the door shut. "That wind was crazy! Tracy, ohh I see your still asleep!" And as Cam turned around to see what was going on, her eyes froze, her hands shivered and her lip quivered. Cam looked around the kitchen...All she could see was black, this wasn't normal black, this was as black as charcoal, rusted as a nail, you could just about hear the microwave tremble as it had just blown to bits. If you stayed silent you could just about hear the kettle sizzle, as what a coincidence but it was burnt to bits too! "How?..Why?.. TRACYYYY! WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED TO MY KITCHEN!?" Even the Fireman looked shocked. "Right, well umm thank you but you can go now. Let me show you the door." Tracy said. The Fireman was showed to the door and nodded at Tracy. The door slammed shut with fury, Cam stood there as Tracy hung her head.

"Explain yourself then?" "Well... I woke up, cos of that blooming smoke alarm, rushed down the stairs heard a knock to the door and answered it, and there stood a Fireman." Sighed Tracy "Him and his crew sorted stuff, and I didn't mean it really, with the Necklace and all-" "Tracy?, what necklace?" Cam at this point was fuming with anger. "Whoops, I meant to tell you, Cam really. Well the Firemen found your Grandmothers necklace under some stuff, they said it looks un-fixable and there's nothing they can do. I'm so sorry Cam, forgive me?" Tracy planted a smile on her face, fake as fake could be. Cam shook her head with despair and left the room.

That night Tracy woke up from the sobs coming from Cam's room. She knocked on the door, her hope was lost. "Cam can I come in?" Cam sniffed "Go on then" Tracy curled up inside the damp bed, it was wet with tears. They sat there in silence until Cam broke it "That was my Grandmothers necklace Tracy, the one I told you about, she was my guardian from a young age." Tracy's eyes pricked with salty tears. "That was when my Mother died, she was only 30" "I really am sorry Cam." whimpered Tracy. "Yeah but sorry doesn't always work Tracy!" Cam lashed out, and that's when Tracy bursted out floods of tears. "Well maybe if Someone was here for a change it wouldn't have happened!" Replied Tracy "You're blaming ME for this? Right that's it, GET OUT TRACY BEAKER! You never appreciate what I do for you; do you even know where I was that night? I was out there working my backside off for YOU!"Cam screamed "I didn't mean it, really!" Tracy denied "Of course, round of applause for Tracy Beaker, always taking things back! Well no not this time Tracy Beaker because I know this time you meant it. Get out Tracy! I mean it!" Cam retaliated, pointing to the door; her finger was trembling with guilt. Tracy stomped out viciously to her room and went up to her bed. Of course, more tears coming from Cam's room. It was going to be a long night.

The next morning there was a suitcase outside her bedroom door; Cam was standing there with guilt. "Right Tracy, get ready because you are moving to your Aunt Marjorie's. What's the point of staying if I'm 'supposedly' NEVER here?"
