A/N: I don't own Glee. Or this song. Have fun!
Blaine handed the heavy, packed suitcase off to Finn, who'd been waiting out in the hallway to take it out to the car. He would have never told Kurt, but his heart felt heavier with every piece of luggage that left Kurt's room, and the reality of having to live without his boyfriend here, in Lima, for the next couple of months kept hitting home, like waves crashing on a rocky shoreline.
"Come. Over here." Blaine looked over to Kurt, who gestured for him to join him, sitting on the bed. Kurt looked like he was trying to stay composed, but Blaine could see the worry (or was it pity?) that was there too. Of course he obeyed.
"We're gonna make it work, you know we will." Kurt spoke softly, insistently, gazing straight into Blaine's sad, beautiful hazel eyes. "I love you, so much. And I believe in us."
Blaine didn't answer, but eagerly accepted Kurt's kiss, closing his eyes, memorizing his lips again. When they finally parted, his eyes met Kurt's lovely eyes, eyes he could never decide the color of. They were the color of a storm at sea today, he decided, and had to admit it fit. He felt like a hurricane was at work in his own body, and felt powerless to stop it. He'd gone back and forth in these days leading up to Kurt's leaving to go to New York, sometimes feeling almost optimistic, and at other times just wondering how he would manage. "I love you too."
Kurt smiled at him, knowing he would never tire of hearing Blaine tell him this. "I'm giving you a job, Blaine Warbler."
Blaine looked up at him, with a slightly puzzled look, taking in Kurt's teasing tone and sparkling eyes.
Kurt reached over and took Blaine's hands in his, then opened them, and reached back for something behind him. "Take good care of my baby, Blaine. And when you're in it, think of me, and us."
"You're giving me the keys to your Navigator, Kurt?" Blaine hadn't expected this; they'd definitely never discussed it.
"You are the love of my life. While I'm not here, I want you to have the care of some part of me. So, you're having my baby." Blaine laughed at the gentle smirk on his love's face.
"And you accuse me of being the cheesy one in this romance!" Kurt was relieved to see Blaine's laughter, and how in his accusation he sounded like the Blaine he adored.
"You'll do it?" he looked expectantly at Blaine.
"Anything for you."
"You will keep the Gaga CD in?" Kurt teased, as he began to pepper Blaine's jawline and neck with light kisses.
"Of course I will," Blaine purred back.
A/N: Silly fun, but it crept into my brain, and I decided to share it. Keep Calm and Carry On, and Believe I Klaine!
