Sir Isaac Westcott is seen in his office with his secretary, Ellen Mira Mathers. He is in need of her protection. Unlike most times where he is mostly calm and that he doesn't show fear, this slipped away. This is because he is being targeted by a man named Jack Bauer. He has heard of this guy before; he foiled terrorism plots and tortured terrorists into giving up information.

He may not know why, but Westcott feels fear upon hearing news of this man.

Suddenly, a gunshot is heard, and a bullet hits his secretary's head. Ellen fell to the ground as her life faded away. This puts an end to the World's Strongest Wizard.

"Ellen!" the white-haired man cried.

"So you have someone you cared about, and it's her," Jack came out of the shadows, showing himself to Westcott. The latter is showing fear upon being confronted by this man.

"Jack, w-what do you want?" the Managing Director stuttered.

The government agent points his gun at him and shot him to the side.

"You bastard!" Westcott cried in pain from his wound. "You shot me!"

Jack slams his head on his own desk.

"I want answers, and I want them now," he demanded.

"Okay, okay," the terrorist leader agreed which his enemy leading him to his chair.

"Talk!"

The interrogation begins.

"I want answers! What's your scheme against Ratatoskr this time?!" Jack asked aggressively.

"You shot me! I-I need a doctor!" Westcott tried to refuse answering his question.

"You know what I'm talking about!"

"It's nothing to do with me! You got the wrong guy!"

"The entire world doesn't support you anymore, Westcott!" Jack throttles the white-haired man.

"You don't have anything!" the latter retorted.

"Your DEM Wizards are seen attacking random bystanders in a park," the government agent calmly told him. "That's really something. Maybe we can cut a deal after all."

"It's too late! There's nothing you can do to stop my scheme!" the Managing Director yelled in defiance.

As a result, Jack shot his leg with his gun.

"What is your primary objective?!" he demanded as Westcott yelled in pain from this injury the man inflicted on him. "What is your primary objective?!"

With his other leg being threatened, Westcott gives in to the government agent's demands as he answered the question.

"Shooting Shido in front of his harem altogether!" he yelled.

Satisfied, Jack talked in his walkie-talkie the information he got from the terrorist leader. It turns out he's talking to none other than Elliot Baldwin Woodman. Thanks to this information, Shido is safe and sound.

"You think you've won, but this is all on your head!" Westcott ranted that is scheme has been foiled.

"The only death on my own head is yours," Jack retorted.

Next, he throws the white-haired man out the window from his own company, killing Westcott once and for all.

With the death of DEM's Managing Director, the world is now safe for Shido and his harem.
