Okay, so I decided to start a new story! Yay! I've been bored out of my mind with what to write about and then this smacked me across the face. It's basically a bunch of Fairy Tail X-overs done and redone as I see fit. Each are one-shots but the X-over itself can be repeated(if that makes sense). Now, as the author, I can change that(I GOT THE POWER!).

Now to explain the chapter. Who out there knows Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Well, Buffy isn't the only one with a guilt ridden boyfriend who can be possessed by a demon, kill people, 'die,' come back, and act like a total moron. I'm actually surprised no one else has thought of this. Yes people, you guessed it. It's time for Erza the Vampire Slayer, Season 3 episode 10: Amends!

Disclaimer:I do not own Fairy Tail, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, or any of the characters

A vampire with a soul is no less of a demon than a vampire without. The only difference is the former is much more miserable.

Why was he back? Why was he here? These questions continued to haunt the sapphire-haired vampire as he passed through his cobblestone shelter. Behind him was a mirage, an illusion, of the people he had killed before he gained his soul and after he lost it again.

"It was then that I realized my children were dead." The illusion spoke, disguised as what looked like a standard business man. He was reminding his killer of how he and his children were murdered, "When you grabbed me, I wondered, 'Who would take the time to arrange their bodies like that?'" The business man threw the vampire to his knees, and the demon shook like the pathetic wretch he believed himself to be.

"You see, most demons are only in it for the meal." Now, the illusion shifted. The man had turned into a housemaid from over a century ago. The vampire looked up, holding his head in his hands. The maid said, "You're different. There was a pure enjoyment that only you managed to get out of it."

"Oh god." The demon uttered, pushing himself to his feet and trying to run from the haunting image, only to run into another. It was a young Irishman, and his name rested on the vampire's tongue, "Simon…"

"I was to be married that week," Simon said with a sad yet evil glare, "And as I recall, you knew that."

"That wasn't me." The demon pleaded. Simon turned back into the maid, who asked, "That wasn't you?"

The vampire was quick to reply, "A demon isn't a man. I was a man once." The maid scoffed at his hopeless words, "And some man you were. Even before you became a demon, you were a worthless-"

"Just STOP IT!" The demon shouted. He threw his face into his hands and pulled at his hair. He squeezed his eyes shut in an attempt to block out his sins which were replaying before him. He felt two hands rest on his own to pull them away from his face, "I don't want to hurt you, Jellal." Another woman's voice said; another dead woman's voice said, "But you must understand that cruelty is the only thing that you ever truly had a talent for."

The woman's name was Ultear, and whatever was trying to drive Jellal mad was using her shape the most. Then again, she was his most recent kill. "That's not true." Jellal said weakly as she led him to a stone table. He was really trying to make himself believe it more than he was trying to prove it to her.

"Shhhh." She whispered as she laid him down on the table, "Rest. It's not a curse but your destiny." She rested a hand on his trembling form, "I'll show you."

(If you recall, there was a dream of Angel(Jellal) losing his soul again, but I don't feel like writing that :|)

"K, Mom, I'll be back down in a sec. Just let me grab your presents." Erza yelled down the stairs on her way to her room. However, when the red-headed slayer entered the doorway, it was roughly slammed behind her. She whirled around to see Jellal, her vampiric ex who just recently returned from another dimension made of a demon's torturous hell.

"Jellal." She said softly, refusing to meet his eyes. His body was racking with trembles, and his breathing was sharp and shallow. All in all, he looked worse than dead.

"Hey." He breathed out weakly. His eyes darted around the room as he searched for what to say. Erza spoke before he could, "Why are you here?"

"I…" Jellal started, taking in a few more breaths in an attempt to steady himself, "I-I needed t-to see you." He swallowed hard, turning his head away.

Although Erza was usually the feared and fearless vampire slayer, whenever Jellal came around, she broke down her walls. After the 'Siegrain' incident, she had been forced to kill him and send him to hell. Ever since then, Erza wanted nothing more than to forget him, but she was having more trouble that she expected. She swallowed her resolve and told the vampire, "Just tell me what's going on."

Jellal found his sights latching lustfully onto her neck. The urge to drain her dry was fighting a one-sided battle against his better judgement. He shook his head to clear it and struggled to get his true message out, "You...you need to s-stay away from me."

Now, Erza was confused, "You came to see me to tell me that I can't see you." She was slightly heartbroken at his words, but she kept her composure. Jellal, on the other hand, was struggling to do just that.

Ultear appeared behind Erza, and Jellal's eyes widened. She was there to taunt him into becoming Siegrain again and killing Erza, "She wants you to touch her." Ultear goaded. Jellal took an uncertain step forward, but Erza took a step back. Makarov had told her about the First Evil being the cause of Jellal's initial strange behaviors, and she could only pray that she could help him out of it.

"Jellal, there's something controlling you." Erza said as he slowly continued forward and she hesitantly continued backwards, "But you have to fight it, okay? I know that you're confused-"

"You're the one who's confused." Jellal said darkly. He found himself gazing at her neck again. Lovelust and bloodlust were fusing inside of him. He wanted Erza; he didn't want to kill her. He couldn't have one without the other.

Part of him didn't care.

Ultear whispered to him, "Imagine the peace. You'll never see us again." Jellal stopped dead in his tracks, and his breathing picked up. He had to stop thinking like that. He started to panic, bringing his hands up to cover his face and pull at his hair.

Erza reached towards him, worry in her eyes and voice, "Jellal, how can I help you?"

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Jellal screamed into his hands before he ran past Erza and jumped out of an open window. He left Erza confused and concerned.

Back in Jellal's mini-castle, he was trying to escape Ultear once again, "I can't do it!" He yelled at her, his back turned towards the illusion. Suddenly, she teleported right next to him and said, "Of course you can. What else are you good for?"

"I won't do it." Jellal repeated firmly. Ultear's voice reduced to a whisper as she spoke, "Can't you just feel her? I know you can smell her skin." Jellal backed away again, and she remarked, "You never were a fighter, Jellal. Don't start now."

She crossed her arms and said in a matter-of-fact tone, "You know, sooner or later you will drink her." Jellal's head snapped up. The thought of drinking Erza's blood sent a shiver down his spine, "I'll never hurt her." He said with absolute certainty.

"You were born to hurt her!" Ultear exclaimed, "That's the whole point to your existence. As long as you're alive, y-"

"Then I'll die." Jellal cut her off. A moment of silence passed between the two, and then Ultear said, "You don't have the strength to kill yourself." Jellal's breathing calmed as pure resolve filled his being, "I don't need strength," He said, looking to the sky, "I just need the sun to rise." He walked passed her and disappeared into the night.

Sunrise was coming, and Jellal was ready for it. He stood on a hill that had a great view of Magnolia. Even though it was Christmas Eve, there was to be no snow or cold weather. He heard footsteps behind him and a feminine voice call his name, "Jellal."

He looked over his shoulder at Erza coming towards him, but then he turned back to the view of the city, "I bet the kids down there are already awake in their beds, just waiting for day." He said that as an implication of his own wait for the sun.

"Jellal, please." Erza pleaded, "You have to get inside. The sun will rise in just a couple minutes." Jellal didn't look at her. He just answered back, "I know. I can smell the sunrise long before it comes."

"Listen to me." Erza said in an almost commanding tone, "That thing that was haunting you-"

"It wasn't haunting me." Jellal interrupted, finally meeting her eyes, "It was showing me." Erza was taken aback by his words, "Showing you what?" She asked.

"What I am."

"What?"

"And never shall be." Jellal finished, "I can't do it again, Erza. I can't become a killer." Erza didn't know what else to tell him other than, "Then fight it." Jellal shook his head and turned away again. When he did turn back to her, he sounded frustrated.

"It's too hard, Erza. It wanted me to kill you. It wanted me to lose my soul in you again and become a monster." He turned away again, trying to focus on the tranquillity of the silent town in front of him, but Erza had other plans, "I know that. What does it matter?" She asked him.

"Because I wanted to!" Jellal shouted, his voice cracking slightly, "Because I want you so badly! I want to take comfort in you, and I know that it will cost me my soul." He paused before stating, "And a part of me doesn't care."

Erza stayed silent, tears brimming

both of her eyes as she bit back the urge to cry aloud. Jellal continued, "Look, Erza, I'm weak. I've never been anything else. It's not the demon in me that needs killing, Erza, it's the man." He turned his shoulder to her in hopes that she would leave, but she stayed nonetheless

"So you're weak. Everyone is!" Erza told him, trying to draw his attention back to her, "Everybody fails." Jellal still didn't look at her, "Jellal, you have the power to do real good in this world. To make amends." Her tone grew angry, "But if you die now, then all you ever were was a monster!"

Jellal didn't even respond. Erza grew impatient, "Jellal, please, the sun is coming!"

"Just go." He commanded.

"I won't." She retorted.

"You think this is simple?" He asked her, "You think there is some easy answer? You can never understand what I've done! Now go!" He hoped with all he was that she would leave him, that she wouldn't have to watch him burn. He was beginning to cry as well, but it wasn't as noticeable.

"You are not staying here!" She grabbed his arm and pulled, but he roughly yanked it away. Slayer instinct and frustration caused Erza to react by punching him right in the jaw. He retaliated by throwing her to the ground, and she fell weakly.

He walked over to her, turned her over, and pulled her up by her shoulders. Now she was crying, and his voice trembled as he spoke, "Am I a thing worth saving?" He demanded. He shook her, and she let out a small, sad squeak, "Am I a righteous man?"

He paused again to take in the picture. Once he again, he was the cause of Erza's tears, and that was a sin he would never make amends for, "The world wants me gone." He stated firmly. Erza remained silent until she finally spoke in a soft voice, "But what about me?" She asked, "I love you so much."

Jellal shook his head, trying to block out any second thoughts about his decision, but Erza kept going, "I tried to make you go away. I killed you once and it didn't help." She pushed him off of her and yelled at him, "And I hate it! I hate that it's so hard, and that you can hurt me so much."

Jellal felt tears falling from his eyes, and he was speechless. Erza's voice solidified slightly, "I know what you did because you did it to me. God, I wished that I wished you dead." She shook her head and her voice softened, "I don't; I can't."

They both stood up, and Jellal waited to regain his composure before he replied, "Erza...just this once. Let me be strong." Erza walked up to him and told him what he didn't know, "Strong is fighting. It's hard, and it's painful, and it's every day. It's what we have to do, and we can do it together."

Jellal didn't even know how to respond. It was all too insufferable. All he could do was stand there with a miserable expression on his face. "But if you're too much of a coward for that, then burn." Her voiced hardened and became slightly cruel and resentful, "If I can't convince you that you belong in this world, then I don't know what can."

Unbeknownst to them, snow had begun to fall, "But do not expect me to watch, and don't expect me to mourn for you because…" Erza trailed off once she noticed the white specs falling from the still dark sky. There wasn't supposed be a white Christmas, but perhaps fate chose to make a change in the weather plans.

Both the vampire and the slayer didn't say a word as they watched the snow fall, and the same can be said for their friends.

Somewhere in a small apartment, Natsu, resident werewolf, and Lucy, resident bookworm and a beginner in witchcraft, sat up in Lucy's bed to look out the window and marvel at the snow fall.

Outside of his house, Gray was camping out in his boxers when it had started to snow. At first, he pulled his sleeping bag more over himself, but he then opened it up again so that he could awkwardly gawk at the unpredicted snow. Then again, he didn't really seem bothered by it.

"That's right, everybody. The forecast for Magnolia has taken a drastic change. We will be experiencing flurries all day, so we will not be expecting to see the sun at all."

Erza and Jellal were walking, side by side and hand in hand, through the small town. A nearby radio store left one of their radios on, and the two caught an earful of the weather report.

Erza's lecture had opened Jellal's eye's to what he needed to do. He needed to stay alive. He needed to do it for Erza and for himself. He had to atone for what he did as a demon, and then maybe he could try being a man.

Okay when I rewatched the episode, I couldn't help but wonder how much Jerza is like BuffyxAngel. Any way, let's call back the cast!

Erza Scarlet as Buffy Summers

Jellal Fernandes as Angel

Siegrain as Angelus(He wasn't there but he was mentioned)

Makarov as Giles

Lucy Heartfillia as Willow

Natsu Dragneel as Oz

Gray Fullbuster as Xander

Ultear as Ms. Calendar(That's her name right?)

Simon as Nathaniel? Daniel? Something like that. Whatever he was cute

If you don't understand stuff from the Buffyverse, then one, I recommend watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and two, I will make X-overs from different stories such as Disney stories, Marvel stuff, and so on and so forth. Put what you want to see in the comments, and I promise I will consider it. Also, tell me if you want more Erza the Vampire Slayer(You don't get a choice, there will be more XD), and when I do, who would a good Faith be. I feel like Mira would be, but only if she acted like she did when she and Erza were 13. Leave responses in the reviews! Hope you guys liked it!
