Authors Note: This is just a story I played with one night when I got bored. It probably has spelling and grammar errors and probably might not even make sense. Oh well.

"What made you come and see me?"

"I missed you."

"You missed me?"

She smiled, but I was confused. There she was, my Bella, standing here in my arms, resting her head on my shoulder.

Earlier that day, I woke up just like I would any other day. Naturally, Bella was on my mind once again. I remember wishing she would call. I remember feeling the sense of emptiness that I had for the past few weeks, just dissapear, as soon as I saw her sitting on the couch in my living room.

"What are you doing here?"

"I came to see you." She had a sad look in her eyes.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing. Cant I come and see my best friend once in a while?"

"Uh. Okay."

I didnt believe her all the way though. She didnt look like her usual cheery self. She didnt have her happy glow either. So I tried a different approach.

"Its good to see you, Bells." I hugged her.

"Its good to see you too, Jake. I missed you." She said, her voice cracking.

I squeezed her harder. That did it.

"I'm so sorry, Jacob." She cried.

"What happened, Bella? Tell me."

"Nothing happened. I just . . . I just realized what I've been putting you through. Its not right. And . . . and . . ." She sniffled.

"Shh," I told her. "Its okay. Please stop crying. My shirt is getting soaked, Bella." I laughed, trying to lighten the mood.

She didnt stop crying, so I sat down on the couch, still holding her. We lay there for what seemed like eternity, but I didnt mind. After awhile, she stopped sniffling and crying, and buried her head deeper into my chest.

"I love you, Jake." She whispered, only loud enough for me to hear.

"I love you too." I told her.

I felt like, right now, in this moment, we were the only ones in the world. Like she was the only thing that mattered to me. I heard her breathing slow and I figured she was alseep. I concentrated on her breathing and before I knew it, I had drifted off to sleep too.

When I awoke, it was raining, Bella was gone, and someone had covered me with a blanket. I smelled something really good coming from the kitchen, so I got up, yawned, and walked toward the doorway. Bella stood standing over the stove, stirring something in a pot. When she saw me she smiled.

"I found ingredients in the pantry and made vegetable soup. I was hungry. I hope that was okay." She blushed.

"It smells amazing." I told her.

I watched her move around the room, finding the bowls and cups. She poured two cups of coffee and sat down at the table in front of me.

"Can I ask you something?" I said as she handed me a cup.

"Sure."

"What made you come and see me?"

"I missed you."

"You missed me?"

"Yes. I had to tell you the truth. I couldnt keep hiding it from you, Jake."

"I'm glad you told me." I got up and pulled her into my arms.

"Stay with me, Bella. Even if its only for a moment, stay with me." I pulled her closer and put my lips to her head.

"Longer than a moment."

"Forever?"

"Forever." She sighed and looked up.

Our lips touched. I was here. She was here. The girl I love was in my arms and I was kissing her. She was kissing me back. I felt like there was no other thing in the world that could keep me away from her now. She was mine. I was hers. And there was no way that I was letting her go.
