Author's Note: So I've recently gotten obssessed with The Fosters and Brallie especially, so I thought I'd make this little one-shot before the new year and the new episodes (which will probably break our shipper hearts).

Disclaimer: I don't own The Fosters, I'm just a fan-girl with feels

"This love is good, this love is bad
This love is alive back from the dead
These hands had to let it go free
And this love came back to me"

-This Love, Taylor Swift

Brandon was just about to bite into his third helping of bacon when he heard a loud crash from upstairs followed by a concerned shout.

Dropping his fork, he rushed up the stairs to find the source of the commotion, and ended up in front of Callie's bedroom. He entered the room without a second thought, concern for Callie outweighing any awkwardness he felt about being in her room, to find his very perturbed-looking Moms leaning over Callie, who was thrashing around wildly in her bed.

"What's going on?" he asked as he took in the scene, noticing Callie's eyes were shut closed and her sheets were tangled around her legs.

"She's having a nightmare," Lena explained anxiously. "And we can't seem to get her to calm down."

"Where's Jude?" Callie demanded angrily, voice delirious with sleep. "What did you do with him?"

"Callie, love," Stef soothed, reaching her hand out rest against her daughter's forehead. "Everything is okay; you're just having a bad dream. You're alright, sweetie."

Callie's arm shot out suddenly and violently, smacking Stef's hand away. "Don't touch me."

Stef looked back up at Lena, shooting her wife a worried look as Callie continued to flail about, clawing her hands out at some unseen assailant. "Get away from me!" Callie shouted again. "No!"

Brandon couldn't take hearing her in so much pain any longer and crossed the room in two short strides before wrapping his arms around her shaking body.

"Breathe, Callie," he instructed firmly. "Just breathe. You're safe here; no one is going to hurt you. You're okay, you hear me? Just breathe."

Slowly, Callie stopped shaking and her heartbeat slowed back down to normal. She opened her eyes groggily and instantly focused on Brandon's face. "What happened?" she asked.

"You were having a nightmare," Brandon explained softly, arms still locked around her. "A really bad one, actually. Do you remember what happened?"

Callie shook her head thoughtfully. "All I remember was being somewhere dark, and Liam...Liam was there. But then I heard your voice, and it all just disappeared." Callie looked at him earnestly as she spoke. "You pulled me out of it."

Brandon smiled as Callie rested her head against his chest tiredly. They were so caught up in their own world that they didn't even notice Lena and Stef share a look with each other.

For the first time, the two moms saw what Brandon and Callie had tried to tell them months before–they were in love.

And as Brandon continued to rub her back and whisper soothing things to a still shaken-looking Callie, the two moms realized that in the end, Brandon and Callie would find a way to be together. And when that day came, Stef and Lena would be fully supportive because they saw now that this was were Callie and Brandon belonged.

Together.

A/N: So, there is it...please review and tell me what you thought! I'd love to make more one-shots if I get any ideas :)
