Dis-Expected
Kaitlin ran down the hallway, and as she passed the open door of the coat closet, she felt something grab her and pull her inside. The door slammed before she had the chance to see her captor, and they were enveloped in darkness.
Something met her lips, and she immediately knew it was Megamind. He pushed her back against the wall, pressing himself against her.
She felt the familiar texture of leather on her skin as he ran his hand down her arm. He slid to the floor, pulling her with him and straddling her before she had the chance to react.
Kaitlin groped blindly in the dark and found his neck. She snaked her arms around it, pulling him down to her level on the floor. Their kiss was long and passionate, leaving her gasping for air when he pulled away.
She had never before understood the saying lost in your eyes until now. Megamind's jade-green eyes, shining brightly in the dim light of the closet, reflected her own feelings. Kaitlin's heart swelled seeing how much love and adoration he had towards her. She smiled, affection clouding her senses as she saw the amount of devotion they held.
He returned the smile and said softly, "Ollo."
Her grin widened as he kissed her again, lightly, just below her collarbone. Gradually, he let his lips brush up her neck to find hers again. Kaitlin brought her legs up, her knees coming in contact with his back.
Megamind ignored her as she found the first button of his shirt and un-fastened it. She gave him complete control over their kiss and focused on his shirt.
His kiss suddenly became deeper, sweeter as he sucked on her bottom lip. He broke away for air, and she grinned at him flirtatiously-a mini rejection.
He smiled back, unintentionally seductive. Megamind met her sea-blue eyes with his jade-green ones; face flushed a light shade of purple. His arms were wound tightly around her, his shirt half-open to show off his chest.
He'd always been muscular, you had to be when you fight a superhero on a regular basis, but the lines of his chest were much more defined without the thick leather or white dress shirt cotton covering them.
Kaitlin let go of his neck to rest her hands on his chest, slipping her fingers beneath the folds of his shirt. He closed his eyes and breathed out deeply, relaxing against her.
His skin was smooth and cool to the touch; nothing new in that category. It was always as if he'd just been holding a cold drink-just all over his body. It was slightly unnerving, but she loved it.
Then, suddenly, Minion's voice drifted to their ears. "Guys? Where'd you go?"
Megamind opened his eyes in time to have the door yanked open. An expression of relief, than confusion, than embarrassment washed over Minion's face.
When the fish went looking for his boss and Kaitlin in the abandoned mansion, he didn't think he was going to find them in a coat closet, looking flustered and in a very suggestive position.
"Uh…I've been looking for you guys…" He mumbled avoiding their gazes.
Megamind grinned, blushing furiously. "We were-uh…just browsing for coats." He lied, un-tangling himself from her and climbing to his feet.
Kaitlin turned bright red, grinning and accepting Megamind's offered hand. He pulled her to her feet next to him, very well aware that Minion was on the fence about their relationship.
The fish stared at them, eyes wide. "Well…I was wondering what you were do- um…where you were…" He muttered.
"We were just browsing for coats, and uh…" Kaitlin giggled.
"And she fell!" Megamind exclaimed, eyes as wide as Minion's.
"Yeah! I fell!" She snorted, holding onto him for support. "And than he fell!"
Minion rolled his eyes. "Definitely, sir." He muttered, turning and walking off. "I think I'll go hit myself with the Forget-Me-Stick now…"
