Passions Haunted Pumpkin Patch
A.N: Well I wrote this for language in 7th grade so yeah.
Disclaimer: Hmm I don't own anything except the notebook and pen I used to write this.
Summary: Set when Little Ethan, Maria, and Endora are older. They go out for a pumpkin and have a frightful night. It's the night before Halloween
"Please Mom, please. We need a pumpkin," Ethan begged his mother Theresa to let him go. "Ethan it's too late, you should have gone earlier like I told you." "But it's only fun in the dark." Being too tired to argue, Theresa finally gave in. "Alright but don't stay out too long."
Meanwhile, a few blocks away, Maria Lopez-Fitzgerald was begging her father Miguel to let her go. "Please Dad. Ethan just called; Aunt Theresa is letting him go." "Well that's good for him" "Please Dad." "Fine but be home by ten."
"So Ethan where are we going?" Maria asked after she met up with him at his house. "There's this cool pumpkin patch not far from Endora's house. There should be some big pumpkins there." "Ok let's go."
Ethan was right. Those pumpkins were huge. Some were as big as them. "Ethan, Maria," a voice called. "Endora is that you?" Maria asked. "Maybe. Come find me." "Sheesh she sure does love Halloween." "I know."
After about an hour the two were tired of searching. "She probably left. Let's just get our pumpkins and leave," Ethan complained. "Ethan, Maria," Endora's voice came again. "Endora where are you?" They yelled out into the night. "Right behind you."
Both of them turned around to see no one there. "Hi," a voice that seemed to come from a pumpkin said. "Maria did that pumpkin just talk?" "Y…ye…yes." "Oh." Then the pumpkin began to glow red. Soon it talked again.
"What's wrong?" it asked. Maria just stared, open mouthed. "Pe… Perhaps we should go," she stammered. "Yeah we should." "What's wrong guys?'' the pumpkin asked. "We must be dreaming." "The same dream!?" "Good point."
Ethan took off running and Maria quickly followed. The voice would not leave though. Every pumpkin seemed to talk. "Why are you running guys?'' "Aaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!" they screamed. "How do we get out of here?" "That way!"
So they took off running in the direction of Tabitha's house as fast as they could. Now the pumpkins were floating and following them. "RUN FASTER!" Maria screamed. "Back to my house. Quick" Ethan said.
After running a block the pumpkins seemed to leave. "Ok we can slow down now." "Yeah." "We never got a pumpkin." "I don't ever want to see another pumpkin again." "Me either."
"Hi Mom, Maria's staying the night. Call Uncle Miguel and tell him, goodnight," Ethan said as they ran upstairs to his room. "Yeah goodnight Aunt Theresa." "I'm not even going to ask," Theresa said as she went to call her brother.
"Mom that was fun!" Endora said looking through the scrying bowl. "I know. Us witches just live for Halloween," Tabitha said to her daughter. "Well I guess that's it until tomorrow when we get to have real fun." "Yes, goodnight Endora." "Night Mom." Then the two went to bed until the real fun began on Halloween night.
