She stepped out of the bookshop
Cold grey eyes watching her
He had the urge to walk up to her
But he was a Malfoy
Malfoys don't go up to Mudbloods
Malfoys don't express their feelings for Mudbloods
Mudblood, the word felt wrong for her
She was the cleverest witch he had ever known
Knowing so many spells
Counter-cures that he himself did not know
If only she was a pureblood
Maybe Lucius would have accepted her
Maybe he would have accepted her openly
But she wasn't
She bloody wasn't
He stood up from his seat
Starting his daily routine of trailing her
Clever as she was
She never noticed him there
Had had fallen for her during their last year in school
Both of them were the Heads
He had fallen in love with her hair
The way she had combed it down to become wavy
He had fallen in love with her sharp wits
How she always knew how to contradict him
How she was the only one who had the guts to stand up to him
He had always loved her inwardly
She had taught him the value of live
She had taught him how to love
She had taught him to treasure everything around him
She had taught him many things
Things that he had failed to learn
But he knew
Oh, how he knew
He knew what Lucius would do if her ever found out
Found out that he had fallen in love
Fallen for the one thing he was taught to despise
If he ever found out
She would disappear one day
Even precious Potter would not be able to find her
She turned into a corner
He wanted to run up to her
Kiss her like there was no tomorrow
But Malfoys don't express their feelings for everyone to see
Malfoys don't fall for Mudbloods
Malfoys don't
Malfoys don't
Draco Malfoy stopped walking as Hermione Granger walked into her office building. He looked at her, sorrow in his eyes. He knew that they could never be. Besides, she was already Potter's girlfriend.
Draco closed his eyes; he was leaving the country the next day, never coming back. He knew that this was the last day that he would be able to see her.
Draco hoped that Potter was able to take care of Hermione, love her and care for her, something that he himself was never given the chance to.
Draco stood there, people just rushing past him. He felt a tear escape his eyes, "Goodbye Hermione, goodbye my love."
How was it? I wrote this when I was supposed to be sleeping. I dunno why but everytime I am supposed to be asleep, I start thinking about other fics that I can write. Weird. No wonder during the day I start yawning. XD..
Hoped you people liked it!
Love,
Amber
