He opened his eyes weakly and smirked. "I told you…call me Noct." He managed, forcing a smile.

"Please. Let me aid you—I won't let you die this way."

"Hush," he growled, "I won't let any enemy of mine aid me—"

"You are NOT my enemy, Lord Noct," she said in a stern tone.

He gently reached up and stroked his flaxen colored hair. "I'm glad…to know ou think that way. It be nice..to call you my alley."

Stella felt warm tears leaked from her eyes. "Please, Noctis…don't leave me yet."

He pulled her down to his chest where he gently stroked her hair as she clung to his icy body. "Lady Stella..." he heaved, trying to breathe properly. "Grant me…one wish,"

"Yes, Lord Noct?" she whispered, meeting his gazed.

"In my last moments…allow me to feel…your lips against mine."

"…As you wish," she said in a hushed tone before resting her lips against his. They still held some warmth to hem before his presence began to fade and his lips began to grow cold.

"Thank you," he breathed before sinking into death's loving grip.

"No…thank you, Lord Noct."
