"I think that's the last one," Riku sighed as he set down the final box of painting supplies.
Naminé timidly stepped into her new Art Studio. The walls were all white and all her supplies were set up around her in brown boxes. "Thanks again, Riku. This really means a lot" she said, smiling.
"No problem," he said, wiping some sweat from his brow and sitting down in a window seat. "This is going to be a nice place for you to work in."
Naminé nodded in agreement before joining him. "I was so nervous…I wasn't going to get this place—especially one that would allow all the stuff I have."
Riku chuckled, "Everyone has a plan, Naminé. If it wasn't meant to be, it wasn't meant to be."
Naminé slowly nodded and stared out the window that looked out over Destiny Island's beaches. "I think…I want to paint this scene." She stated, standing and pulling an sketch pad from her box. She sat down and began to sketch out the area around her.
Riku was surprised at how well her abilities had recently become. She could sketch almost anything she saw and add her own "magic" touch to it as well. He leaned forward to get a better look, his forehead gently brushed up against hers. He didn't really seem to notice since he was staring so intently at her sketch of the beautiful beach scene lined with Paopu fruit trees and a few stray birds. "Riku…?" her voice said quietly, glancing up at him.
It took him only a moment to realize what he had done. He quickly pulled away and stifled a cough. "Sorry, it's just…watching you sketch was relaxing."
"Oh…" she said, smiling and turning a shade of pink. "I understand."
Riku quickly stood and rolled his shoulders. "Need any help unpacking?" he asked, glancing around the room at all the boxes that laid strooled across the floor.
"No, I think I can manage. Thank you though," she said, giving him a quick smile before resuming her work.
His stern eyes softened for a moment before dipping his head and turning back towards the door. "Good luck, Nami." He whispered. Of course, the beautiful blonde never heard him. She was too focused on her drawing.
