It was quiet. Damp. Relatively warm. Quiet compared to the busy streets of Xastristan and the loudness of the Dragon Storm base. Of course, on good days he could relax and have a cup of tea before most of the other members were up. Today he just decided to go outside, deep in a forest that he hadn't explored before, able to watch the sunrise and wake up the animals that lived here. Arik got up and stretched, his hands together over his head as he arched his back and a yawn took over his mouth. The amount of sleep he got wasn't great, but it was enough to function. Before he could open his bright green eyes once more and take in the look of the scenery his back went up in pain, something pinning him to a tree with it's rough bark. His eyes snapped open, only to lay upon a face which he had seen to many times to like. Arik felt like screaming at him, but before he got an option to the man shoved a finger on his lips, their faces only separated by that thin extremity.
He smiled, shushing Arik before taking his face away and keeping his grip on the younger man, keeping him pinned to the tree. "Remember, no one can hear you screams out here." But that didn't stop the raven-haired young man from screaming anyways. The blonde only smiled dreamily before smashing his lips on the shorter person, silencing his screams in seconds. But Arik didn't like it. He didn't want it. He pushed his hands against the other, trying to break the tree with his head. He was trapped, between a tree and someone he didn't even know the name of. Needing to breath the older man broke it off, a light blush spread across his face. The other one was fuming, his face red from anger or the kiss or something else entirely.
"Stop that! We don't even know each other!" He shouted at the blonde, stiffening in case of another attack.
"You just haven't given us enough time, but our lips seem to know each other." His comment made the younger one turn a different shade of red and glance away.
He smirked, blonde hair falling into his hazel eyes. He brought his head closer to the shorter man. "My name's Leif, how about you?" Leif whispered into his ear.
Arik shuttered, his face turning something as if he just ate something disgusting. His eyes were closed until he opened then, green darts trying to burrow into Leif. "Arik," he growled, eyes never leaving the other man as if he was waiting for another move.
"Glad we're acquainted," he smirked, bringing his face down once more on Arik.
Arik protested against it but in the end, was unable to do anything about it. Leif closed his eyes, still making sure his receiver couldn't move away. His tongue wanted to play, even if Arik was highly against it. He cracked his eyes open to look at the younger one, noticing that he didn't seem to be enjoying it as much as he was. What a shame. He pulled away, watching as Arik took a breath, probably wishing he could wipe his lips of the other man's germs.
"Arik, you're going to have to relax if you want this to be any fun." That comment only caused Arik to give him another deathly glare.
"I don't want this to be any fun!" He yelled, leaning forward as the other man let him do so.
Why wouldn't he just give up? It was clear that he wanted it, of at least Leif thought so. "Mark my words, Arik, one day you'll be crawling back to me, begging for my affections. Just you watch." And with that he took his parting, leaving Arik in frustration, confusion, and embarrassment alone by the tree.
