Iron Kitsune: Hey folks! I just had to write another fanfiction to calm nerves. I just got done with this giant report about Romeo and Juliet and I'm listening to "Seasons of Love" (Tracie Thoms kicks ass don't know her. Look her up lol)

Natsuki Kuga stood silently watching the sunrise over the horizon. Her deep blue hair fluttered in the gently breeze of the early morning. Her intense green eyes were calm. She loved to watch the sunrise. She leaned against the wall of the small balcony her small 1 bedroom apartment offered. Natsuki closed her eyes and her mind began to drift to long ago.
A beautiful chestnut-haired girl, whom many idolized, insane with love and rage killing for her. Killing for Natsuki's love, destroying her "enemies", yet the only thing the girl accomplished was a broken heart for her and Natsuki. Natsuki had long forgiven the girl for her sins, but the sting was still there. The chestnut-haired girl she had loved had turned into a monster. Killing for her.
The years ticked by and the scars faded, but that one question always was in Natsuki's mind. "Do I hate her for this?" The answer varied from day to day depending on her mood. Where-as the chestnut-haired girl seems to suffer not knowing the answer for sure. Natsuki was merely sending them both down a dark path of shattered dreams, lives, and loves. Natsuki was the one killing this time. The years ticked by slowly. Each moment more agonizing than the last. Yes there had been moment of passion between the two, but the two never confessed their feelings buried deep. This time it was Natsuki causing all the pain.
Natsuki opened her eyes; she could hear the sound of slippered feet scampering around the house. Undoubtedly looking for her. Natsuki twisted the gold band on her left ring finger and grinned as the glass door slid open and her love came to stand next to her. Natsuki and her love locked eyes. Her love looked distressed.
"Are you alright? I woke up and you weren't' there."
"Yes, I'm fine. My mind is merely drifting to the past."
"Not falling off your rocker I hope."
Natsuki smiled at this. She looked deep into her love's eyes. She was her comfort, her healing, and her life in those eyes. Natsuki leaned her head on the shoulder of her love and sighed.
"I'm thinking of past loves." She said closing her eyes.
"Past loves? I'm not the only one?" Came the playful response.
"Well I guess you are. We've been through hell haven't we?"
"Yes we have, but we persevered didn't we? We did marry after all."
Natsuki smiled again. She took her love in her arms and smiled into those long chestnut tresses. "I love you, Shizuru."
AN: Sorry for all the paragraphs. I was feeling a little mushy. I'm sorry if none of this made sense. Please leave nice comments!
