Happy New Year's Eve! To celebrate, here's the first chapter of Love By The Arrow!

Chapter 1:

It was a normal day at Foster's. Mac and Casey were in the living room, reading their book. "Oh, Mac! Isn't Romeo and Juliet the most romantic story you ever read? One boy would do anything to get the girl he loves, no matter what," Casey said. "Yeah...I know how that feels," Mac said, looking at Casey. Bloo and Vyolet came in the living room. "No way, Bloo!" Vyolet said. "Oh, come on! Please!" Bloo begged. "What's going on?" Casey asked. "And why is it so important that you have to come here?" Mac asked.

"Because I want your opinion! I told Vyolet that if I ever was King, I will need a queen. That's when I offered Vyolet the opening, but she said no!" Bloo explained. "There's no way I would ever be your queen, dummy! I'd be my own queen and rule everything by myself," Vyolet said. "But it would be so much better if we rule together. Two is better than one, Vy," Bloo stated. "Vyolet, you should really be considerate of Bloo's feelings. All he want to do is work with you as a team," Casey said. "Who asked you?!" Vyolet asked. Bloo laughed. "You should really listen to them. They're actually smart," he said.

"But Bloo, I don't think anybody would want to be your queen. You're not even a king," Mac said. "Who asked you?!" Bloo asked. "Obviously nobody! They don't know what they're talking about and I'll never be your queen!" With that, Vyolet left the living room. "So what?! I don't care! I can get anybody else to be my queen! I don't need you! I don't need you at all!" With that, Bloo left the opposite direction. Mac and Casey looked at each other. "Do you think we should talk to them? I mean, I don't want their friendship to be over, because of this," Casey said.

"Don't worry. This happens all the time. They fight, Bloo tries to apologize, Vyolet doesn't accept it, Bloo does something stupid, Vyolet laughs, and then they're back to being friends," Mac said. "I know, but it seems like Bloo is too angry to try to make things up and I know Vyolet won't do anything. So, Mac, if you don't mind, can you talk to Bloo while I talk to Vyolet? I'm sure that'll be very generous of us to do for them," Casey said, touching Mac's hand. Mac looked at their hands touching, then smiled. "Anything for you, Casey," he said. "Great! I'm sure they'll listen to us if we just reason with them." Casey closed her book, then got up from the couch.

"You find Bloo and I'll find Vyolet. Then, we can tell each other what happened." Mac closed his book, then got up from the couch. "You're right. I'm sure everything will work out. I'll meet you near the front door." Then, Mac and Casey followed Bloo and Vyolet.

While that was happening, the doorbell rang. Frankie opened the door, seeing a flying baby in a diaper. "Oh...hi...can I help you?" Frankie asked. "Hello. My name is Cupid and I'm here for a home. I think this is the place where I can get it," Cupid said. Frankie looked confused. "Cupid? Valentine's Day was over a few months ago, but..." That's when Frankie realized it. "Oh! You're imaginary Cupid! Well, of course Foster's is the place you're looking for. Come on in." Cupid flied inside the house, as Bloo walked past them, going outside. " Hey, Frankie. Hey, floating baby," he said, bitterly.

"That imaginary friend seems nice!" Cupid said. Frankie scoffed. "As if."

Bloo walked towards the sidewalk, until he saw a basket of arrows. "Arrows? Psh, who the heck even uses those anymore?" Bloo said. Then, he thought of something. "That's it! I can't believe that I'd never thought of this before!"

Bloo quickly took the basket of arrows and went back inside.

That's all. Not good with beginnings, but I'm sure it will get interesting! Review!
