Just a preview of my new story. What do you think? R&R please!
"You're weak, you're annoying, you're pathetic, and you don't understand anything about my life. So I would like it very much if you just left me alone." Onyx eyes pierced emerald, Sasuke watched his pink haired teammate stare at him with tear-filled eyes. "Just go away." With that he turned to face the river below them, no regret shown in his flawless face.
"I thought we were friends." Sakura hiccuped, her bangs falling into her eyes as she lowered her head. "I thought we had finally worked everything out. I thought you changed." She backed away slowly. "You're just the same cold-hearted bastard. I should have known."
He gave a half-hearted laugh and turned towards her, the look on his face was pure hatred. "You thought wrong. I don't know why you think I would ever became friends with someone as weak as you, even if we are teammates. Even the dobe is better company than you." Every word he said made her sink even deeper into despair. Her hands twisted the fabric of her pale blue sun dress. "I wish you would just leave." He said in distaste as he shoved his hands into the pockets of his white shorts. After four years away from Konoha he still wore the same thing he did when they were genin. 'Apparently nothing has changed.' She thought as she turned to leave.
"I hope you're happy, Sasuke. I'll leave you alone, I won't talk to you ever again, and I won't be there for you when you need someone to help you up." With that she slowly walked to her three bedroom apartment. She looked over her shoulder and gave a small smile, "I might even forget about you."
Sasuke stared at the fifth hokage with Naruto to his right and Kakashi to his left. "I have a new assignment for Team 7. It involves escorting a very important member of society from here to Snow. I will have you know-" She was interrupted when the dark mahogany doors were throw open to reveal a very angry and tired Sakura.
"Sorry Milady my alarm clock was unplugged and I woke up late." When she spoke she was staring at Naruto, who was scratching the back of his head sheepishly. "It won't happen again."
Tsunade looked at Naruto and Sakura before giving a long sigh. "Whatever, look before I was interrupted I was saying that this customer is very, how should I say, snotty an-"
"You mean covered in snot?" Naruto grimaced. "I'm not getting anywhere near Snotty-pants." He gave a yelp as Tsunade threw her empty sake bottle straight for his head.
"If you don't shut it, I will shut it for you!" She threw them the scroll that contained the information and grabbed a new bottle of her precious drink. "LEAVE!"
The four ninja filed out and separated. Sasuke and Sakura were stuck walking together to their apartments. Sasuke kept noticing Sakura glancing over at him a few times. This annoyed him to no end. "What are you looking at?" He growled out.
She stopped in her tracks and cocked her head to the side. Her wide green eyes full of curiosity. Her mouth moved slightly before she spoke. "Who are you?"
