Catwoman was scurrying across the rooftops when an arrow flew through the air and neatly pinned one of her sleeves to the wall behind her. With one arm trapped, the other three were trapped in short order, and a red form dropped down next to her.

"Red Arrow," she said with amusement. "You appear to have me at a disadvantage. Whatever do you want from me?"

"Well," he said, "you're not exactly in the book."

"And you thought this was a good approach?" she asked. "Don't you know ANYTHING about women?"

He grinned. "I learned all about that from Green Arrow. He doesn't seem to have done too badly."

"I see," she said, "Well, a few things to remember." With that, she pushed her arms forward, splitting the seams and releasing her arms. Before the cocky archer realized what had happened, she had reached down to pull the arrows out of her leggings. With a quick leg sweep, she had Red Arrow on his back. She sliced the string on his bow with her claws while she had her whip wrapped around his legs, and she had one knee on his chest before he could regain the advantage of his arrows.

"Lesson one," she said, leaning forward, "A cat is much harder to catch than a canary." Then she gave him a quick kiss on the forehead.

"Lesson two," she said, rising to her feet with one foot still holding him on his back, "it's fine that you've learned all you can from Green Arrow. Once you've learned all you can from Batman, consider looking me up." Then she moved that foot to release him but also to also kick his quiver out of reach.

"Lesson three," she said, releasing his legs from her whip with a painful snap, "we'll talk once Cheshire, Donna Troy, and Grace Choi can verify that you no longer live up to the nickname, 'Speedy'"

With that, she leapt from the roof. Roy gathered up his arrows, replaced the string on his bow, and pulled out his cell phone.

"Dick?" he said. "I guess I owe you fifty bucks."
